Welcome to our clean, safe, quiet, one-level, stand-alone private home, affectionately known as "The Oxford". It boasts new luxury with easy access to shopping on the Square, campus life, spending time with family, as well as Ole Miss sporting events.
It sits on a private road amongst crape myrtles. You'll enjoy spacious porches with six (6) rocking chairs to enjoy your favorite beverage, while being with friends and family. Hardwood floors run throughout with bedrooms offering new Boll & Branch linens (2 Queen beds & a King bed), plush new mattresses in each room, blackout curtains, ceiling fans, spacious closets, high speed wifi, mounted new high definition Smart TVs (one 50" and two 43") with all access to every sports channel through Sling TV, sitting areas, USB outlets, and a designated work area with desk and office chair.
The kitchen offers granite countertops, brick flooring, custom cabinetry, complete new cooking utensils and tools, microwave, refrigerator, dish washer, and new full Keurig coffee bar with assorted coffee flavors. The Oxford includes an easily converted dining table (seats up to 8), bar seating (seats up to 3), and a full-size washer and dryer with iron, ironing board, and clothes drying rack. There is a generous supply of toiletry items. The Oxford is a short 2.3 mile drive to campus, .75 miles to MTrade baseball, softball, and soccer fields, & 1.7 miles to the airport.

The Oxford's bedrooms include plush, new mattresses for one (1) King bed and two (2) Queen beds with blackout curtains, new Boll & Branch linens, the fastest wifi available in Mississippi (NESPARC), ceiling fans, mounted new, high definition Smart TVs with all access to every sports channel through Sling TV, USB outlets on either side of the bed, a variety of four, new pillows per bed, spacious closets with full length mirrors, sitting areas, and a dedicated work space with a desk, office chair, and office supplies. The two back bedrooms include foldout twin beds and linens.
The Oxford's bathrooms offer showers, plush new towels, special make-up towels, shower supplies (body wash, shampoo, and conditioner), as well as a generous supply of toiletry items, including a hair dryer for each bathroom. It also offers a full-size washer and dryer with iron, ironing board, and clothes drying rack.
The Oxford's kitchen includes granite countertops, a bar that seats three (3) adults, duel Keurig coffee maker with a variety of coffee pods (flavored and regular), creamer pods, and a variety of sugars included. It offers a microwave, stove, refrigerator with filtered water, dishwasher, and all of the kitchen tools and utensils that you'll need.
The Oxford's den includes unique and stylish furniture, custom art by Mississippi born and raised artist, Ann Seale, as well as a mounted 70" Smart TV with all ESPN channels available. A foldout dining room table that comfortably seats eight (8) people that sits underneath the 70" mounted TV. Chairs for your guests and the dining room table are kept in the back bedroom's closet.
