STRICT CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Because of our house keepers schedule and take great care in cleaning and disinfecting every surface in our home for our guests' safety, we adhere to a strict check-in/check-out policy. Check-in is 4:00 pm or after. Check-out is 10:00 am SHARP or before. We will enforce a $100 fine for anyone violating this policy. If you choose to check-out early, kindly leave us a note.

Great place for a group

Clean, well appointed home with open main spaces, cozy bedrooms, and a nice backyard patio made for a superb stay for our extended family. Thick towels, comfortable beds, and many other details were delightful. The host was very responsive, although we had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

Great house in great location!

The house fit our whole group perfectly and Rusty answered our questions within 20 minutes any time we had one! The basement is an awesome part of the house as well. We never felt cramped and it was just a 7 min drive downtown. Would stay again!

Stunning, cozy house close to UNL campus

Our entire family went to UNL and it is a tradition to gather for Homecoming with our family in Lincoln to cheer on the Huskers. This home is spacious, clean and well maintained. The basement area is amazing with an extra rec room and 2BR. House is 10 min to campus. We appreciated all the “extras” snacks and toiletries. Everyone loved the kitchen and living room. Th host Randy was responsive and gracious. Highly recommend!

After a full year of lots of traveling to Lincoln for sports event all school year long and staying in hotels and Airbnb's we decided to purchase a second home for our own use and to share that space with others in Lincoln!
