We actually had a snafu with our reservation at Residences at Tewksbury that was booked and paid for via VRBO. There was a communication breakdown and our room was unavailable. However, the Property Manager Tim and the owner Mitch were most gracious and helpful to relocate us to a comparable property nearby. What started as a stressful time for us, turned into a lovely visit to the NH/MA area. Tim and Mitch went above and beyond to ensure that our visit from Michigan was a success. We look forward to returning one day and staying at Residences at Tewksbury sometime in the future. I rated five stars across the board as I imagine the property is as well maintained as it is managed. You are in good hands with Tim and Mitch!

We stayed in a two bedroom suite. King sized bed in one room and queen in another. Clean bedding. Pull out couch in the living room had a horrendous mattress so keep that in mind for the unlucky fifth person who needs a place to sleep. Good sized kitchen. Single bathroom with exhaust fan not working and only three towels for family of five. If checking in after hours make sure you go to the main office the next day to rekey your room card. We didn’t know this was needed and ended up locked out at the end of a long second day when we came back.
Perfect location between friends in New Hampshire and Wilmington and family a little further away in MA. We would stay again.

We were visiting family in Salem Mass for the first time and for the price this was a reasonable option because Salem prices were out of control due to Halloween being the week prior... That being said the outdoor locks to the buildings DO NOT actually shut and lock properly. The actual hotel rooms do though so although we were a little concerned that wasn't the end of the world
The lights built into the bed backboard worked but were slanted (wear and tear/age); our TV didn't work at all; the heating elements of the stove top were raised/slanted (again age/wear and tear). It was me, my wife, and our 3 month old staying for two nights and really all I needed was a roof over our heads and a place to sleep. This place accommodated the essentials.
