We had a great time staying in this little place! The room was nice and dark, which made it easy to sleep in, and we loved how quiet it was, especially being so close to State Street. The toaster and coffee maker were super convenient (we didn’t have time to run the descaler, but we left it on as a reminder). We didn’t spend much time there since we were visiting family, but the location was perfect, close to everything! Because of the road construction, we ended up driving instead of walking, but that’s temporary. We’re excited to see the future improvements! The host was wonderful and shared some great restaurant recommendations, plus suggested checking out the local wineries, definitely on our list for next time. Idaho really does have an amazing selection of local wines! We’ll absolutely be back to stay again. It’s just minutes from everywhere. Oh, and you must visit the Albertsons Market Street on Fairview; grab a glass of wine while you shop for groceries. Boise didn’t disappoint! :)

It was perfect for our needs, a hot plate would have made it perfect plus.
The small studio was perfect for our 5 night stay. Everything was clean and comfortable with so many thoughtful amenities in a small space. Easy access to downtown Boise and not a far drive from anything. We’d stay here again if it’s available next time we’re in town.
I absolutely loved this place. The location was very quiet and peaceful. You are right on the pond with kayaks handy. The condo was beautifully decorated and a plus was the blackout curtains though with the view from the front you almost want to keep them open. I would definitely recommend

What an amazing little find. The entrance to the property sneaks up on you, but once you turn into the community, you go from busy street to a little nestled oasis. The small lake is very pretty with geese, ducks, and fish jumping. I woke up right at sunrise, made some coffee, and stood outside to a scene of a low fog on the lake, trees on the bank starting to lose their leaves, a picturesque house across the water with the morning sun on its windows and a hot air balloon in the early sky. I wish I could post the picture I took. It was a moment where you appreciate everything in life.
The room has so much character. I could tell the owner took a lot of pride in making my experience something special. From all the positive and motivational art on the walls to the cold filtered water, fresh ice, and snacks upon arrival. There was real care taken to make the place feel more than at home.
Such a nice little place. I sure hope it lasts. I will definitely stay there again when I travel to Boise!
Very cute and comfy studio. Perfect for 2. Although a 2nd lounging chair would be nice. The toaster oven worked great! Loved having bicycles, kayaks, lawn chairs and fishing poles available for use!! Lots of eating and shopping options in walking distance. Downtown Boise was a short drive away and about 25 minutes to the airport! It's right off a busy road, but once you're facing the lake, you are transported to a tranquil and relaxed setting!!
Put address in my GPS and sent to an empty field in Eagle miles away. Wife's showed two, that one and real one. Suggest add Boise street address.Great place if you want break from chains. Kayaks, small lake, rural setting in city.
Perfect location and stay. Similar room style, but much better than a busy hotel and so affordable. The amenities provided are above and beyond. So much thought was put into everything.
Perfect place for 2 people. We really enjoyed the views of the lake, so peaceful. We saw ducks, geese and a Herron I believe. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in the Boise area.
Perfect location to stay, close to everything and everyone I wanted to visit. Even though it is close to a busy street it was private and very quiet. Host was very responsive.
Exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable for me. The location was perfect for me as it was close to my friend's house and close to grocery stores. I'm a female and I stayed alone and I felt very safe.
The lakeside location is especailly lovely and meticulously maintained. We did not have the opportunity to use the bicycles nor kayaks but they and the many amenities described in the listing make for a very special stay.
Loved the condo. Excellent job decorating and attention to details in the condo. Very well thought out. Wanted to use the bikes, but didn’t arrive early enough to take advantage. Loved being able to look out and see the small lake with all the birds.
We stayed for 2 nights in June and had a great stay! The unit was great, close to everything we wanted to do. The unit is just as cute in person as it looks in the pictures.
My daughter & I had a delightful stay. The place was perfectly described and met our expectations.Nice set up on the lake for kayaking with a ramp for launching. Makes it easy & fun.
Really cute little place, cabin vibe, with a great view! Loved seeing all the baby geese and kayaking, lots of fun! Little knick knack wall where you can buy some stuff, super unique! Really enjoyed the stay!
Very cute, small but plenty for what we needed. Kitchen utensils could be a little better equipped , there was only 1 fork and 1 spoon and no spatulas. Other than that, everything else was great. The amenities were nice with the bikes and kayaks.
