We absolutely loved our stay at this property! One of the biggest highlights was the location—being right on the greenbelt, with easy access to beautiful walking and biking trails. We spent every morning and evening enjoying the views.It was the perfect balance of nature and convenience, and we truly felt relaxed and recharged after our stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great house great location

This house is right on the Boise River. We rode the bikes that came with the house on the beautiful Greenbelt bike path. Did some tubing on the river. Lots of ducks Loved our stay!

Lovely!

So clean, charming, convenient, quiet but in an amazingly perfect location to restaurants and activities. We shouldn't have rented a car! We biked everywhere. Loved everything about it!

Just a few steps to the Greenbelt for walks or bike rides & fun to watch the surfers. Loved being able to walk to coffee shops & places for a beverage. Modern & comfortable accommodations. Great central location - easy to get to all parts of Boise.

We stayed near this location a few weeks before this trip and loved it so much. This property is well located and the view of the river from the living and bedroom is stunning. We have everything we needed for our 20 day stay and we will be back for sure.

Have stayed here before. It's centrally located and convenient. Love sitting on the greenbelt people watching. A few very minor g things that could make it better but it still gets 5 stars, and I'll still come back....,

Amazing Location

We came up to move our daughter back into BSU and we stayed for three days. Beautiful one bedroom. Clean, decorated well, comfortable bed and really quiet at night. We were right on the water within walking distance to many places to eat. About 10 minutes from campus. We rode the bikes provided along the water and had an incredible time. Definitely staying again.

Great Location

We had a great stay, and loved the location. We loved being right on the river, and walking out the door and being able to take a walk or a bike ride. Super convenient and beautiful. The facilities were clean and we had no problems. Very easy in and out. We would definitely return.

Location, Location, Location!

This was in the perfect spot, and with the availability of 2 bikes we didn’t even rent a car. We biked all over town and up and down the Greenbelt. At night, we enjoyed sitting on the patio and listening to the river. During the day, the surfers were fun to watch. iTrip made the whole experience smooth and easy and was very helpful with suggesting restaurants. Thank you! Hope to visit again!

River & Greenbelt Watching View

Great location right along the greenbelt with Boise River rolling right across the belt. Nice views. Close to small market, great Italian Restaurant and very hip outdoor surfers bar! Great for 2! Small kitchenette. Wish they had a toaster. Not a big deal though.

Rating 3.5: Great features and clean but cumulative disappointments

Selected this place due to its location on the greenbelt and views of the river. We loved being able to walk to everything! The place was a nice size and very clean. Parking and entry to the rental can be challenging. I'd recommend adding stepping stones and trimming the tree if patio entry is required. Speaking of the patio, we had planned to use this space as it was a major reason for selecting this rental. Unfortunately, the area smelled like sewer making it undesirable and unusable for our two-night stay. Shared this information with the property manager upon check out. Their response was they noticed the smell PRIOR to our checking in and that they would contact the city (noticed sewer manhole covers at the property, but others down the path didn’t smell). No apology or advance warning. Avoided reaching out during our stay as we didn't want a potential disruption. Had I received a more favorable response to the issue, I would not have mentioned it here and the overall rating would be higher. Like another reviewer stated, the bed is hard. Maybe a mattress topper would help. I agree with another reviewer about the communication being off-putting. There is a more professional, service-friendly way to communicate that early check in is not permitted unless given approval. I’m assuming others have attempted what’s noted, but I don’t need to receive a full description more than once. Overall, it is a great place and could be fantastic if some issues were remedied.

Loved every minute.

Great Stay-cation. Only live about 45 minutes away but sometimes its nice to get away and check out local activities that you don't always get the chance to. This property is right on the river across from Whitewater Park. Just as described. 5 Star rating but 2 things....... 1) they need to get a full sized coffee maker. I mean, $20 at Walmart. This one is small and if there are 2 of you, you'll be making several pots. 2). College dorm fridge, works fine for the little food we had but the ice is horrible. Freezer needed to be defrosted and the ice cube trays are so small, it literally takes 1 tray to fill one glass. So bring a cooler for your own ice. A table top ice maker would be ideal. Still gets 5 stars for me and I will be back......

Boise Stay

The property location and accommodations were just what I was hoping for. The apartment was very clean. The location on the Boise River Trail close to music, food, and swimming was perfect. The only drawback for me personally was that parking can be challenging and the mattress was a little too firm.

Great location if you like to be active!!

Loved this location for being able to run/walk/bike/tan on the greenbelt, coffee and food nearby. Home was clean and quaint!Only thing I didn’t love was that to get in there was no stepping stones, just mulch and it was quite wet I. That area for some reason and a bit muddy!!But I would still stay here again!
