Spanning 120 square metres across two levels, this uniquely furnished holiday idyll awaits you, featuring a fireplace, 2 terraces (one of which is covered), a sauna, a spacious, fenced-in garden, a Hollywood swing, a beach chair, and a tree-ring bench.



The Beautiful House:

This extraordinary, lovingly and individually furnished holiday home offers you a perfect place for a relaxing holiday across 120 square metres and an idyllic garden.
Spread over two floors, the house features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 spacious living areas. Underfloor heating on the ground floor (terracotta flooring) and the ground floor (solid wood planks) ensures a cosy atmosphere. The fireplace on the ground floor and the separate sauna let you fully enjoy your stay on the sunny island of Usedom, even during the colder months.
Wind down at the end of the day on one of the two terraces (one of which is covered), complete with a beach chair, a Hollywood swing, and a tree-trunk bench. Younger guests can try their hand at building sandcastles in the sandpit.



The Schöne Haus is located in the wild and romantic Selliner Schweiz region, on Lake Schmollensee, and is just 4 km from the Baltic Sea. From here, the surrounding area invites you to go for walks, hikes, bike rides, fishing, or horseback riding.
