TV with Sonos Sound system and Apple TV (please bring your own login details with you), DVD-Player. Bright living room with cosy dining corner and direct access to the balcony with south facing position and beautiful mountain view. Lounge corner and table for 6 on the terrace, parasol, Weber grill. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with two loft beds. Bathroom with large shower/WC and sink. Closed modern kitchen with GROHE water tap, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, fully automatic coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. Nespresso coffee maker, milk frother. Iron. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the house. 1 garage place. Non-smoking apartment. Pets are not permitted.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The house Randolina has a quiet location behind the Ski Service Corvatsch. Public transport and the ski lifts are just a few steps. Restaurants and shops are a short walk away.

Wir haben es sehr geschätzt, die Kaffeekapseln gleich bei der Schlüsselübergabe beziehen zu können und diese nicht anderswo besorgen zu müssen. Ebenso die Möglichkeit, die nicht gebrauchten Kapseln wieder retournieren zu können. Wir haben uns in der ruhigen und sonnigen Wohnung in Surlej sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und entsprach exakt der Beschreibung. Es ist nicht selbstverständlich, dass die Besitzerfamilie ihre Wohnung mit derart vielen Extras fremdvermietet.

Frau Zobrist und Frau Giovanoli haben mich im März 2023 empfangen, als ich eine neue Wohnung suchen musste da die Ferienwohnungen von Pensa, in Surlej, abgerissen werden. Sie hatten sehr viel Einfühlvermögen als mir die Tränen über die Wangen rollten, als ich ihnen das erzählte. Danke. Wir sind sehr gut betreut, begleitet worden von euch. Auch das Begrüssungsgeschenk mit den Nusstortenstückli ist eine gelungene Überraschung. Unkompliziert, schnelle Abklärung beim Vermieter Wilhelm, weil der Mikrowellenofen nicht ging. (Schalter ist gegenüber vom Mikrowellenofen) Danke für die immer stehts sehr freundliche Betreuung. Die Wohnung hat für meinen Geschmack zu viel Schnickschnack, zwei Kaffeemaschinen, Sono-Soundsystem, Videoüberwachung auf Balkon und in der Wohnung, irgendwie ein mulmiges Gefühl, ob man nicht irgendwo sonst noch unbemerkt videoüberwacht wird.... Wir hatten die Kamera ausgesteckt. Komplizierte Fernsehbedienung. Aber das ist halt eben heut zu Tage so mit der Technik..... :-)

Von der ersten Mailanfrage an wurden wir prompt und zuvorkommend bedient. Vielen Dank Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war gut vorbereitet und hat den Angaben der Ausschreibung entsprochen. Einzig die Bedienungsanleitung zum TV haben wir nicht gefunden und die spezielle Eigenschaft alle ca. 30 Minuten einen erneuten Verbindungswunsch anzugeben, war etwas störend. Trotzdem in Summa ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Surlej.

Tip-top a great thank you to Rosana :-) OK Was very well (with special good points for : the BBQ (even if not used), the terrace, the vacuum robot, the Dyson vacuum, the sparking water distributor and everything we found in the kitchen, the bathroom ...). Excellent. The only VERY bad point was the parking place : with a car like a Volvo XC 60 it was very difficult to park the car. Hopefully there were only few vehicles.
