Enjoy a fitness center located across the street for your morning workouts, as well as easy access to the Cordillo Tennis/Pickleball Courts and the Van der Meer Tennis Center across the street in either direction. Both Coligny Beach Park and the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza are just over half a mile away. You'll also find more restaurants, bars, and shops located within a mile.

After a day spent at the beach, come home to relax on the private balcony overlooking the pool, which is also a wonderful spot for your morning coffee, appetizers at sunset, and dessert after dinner.

Inside, you'll be greeted by central air conditioning, an up-to-date kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and dining space for six. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
