Had a great stay. Entire house down to the gas grill was clean, well stocked and inviting. Hosts were cordial and attentive without being intrusive. Best location for fishing Smoke Hole, and easy drive to hiking trails and Franklin and Petersburg dining.

This was our second trip to this property for a family reunion. No complaints at all. I wonder if there are any plans to put up handrails in the bathroom and the three stairs in the hall.

The accommodations were fantastic. Good directions, clean, very spacious. I made the reservation for me, my daughter, her husband, and their 4 children. The home was perfect. Because of the size of my daughter's family, they always stay at a B&B when traveling. My daughter said, "This is the nicest place we have ever stayed! Dad, I am going to let you make all our future reservations!"
