The 180 square meter villa has five individually and stylishly furnished bedrooms that invite you to relax and unwind. The open kitchen has a dishwasher and is also equipped with everything your heart desires. There is a television with which all channels from Germany can be received. There is also a hobby room with table football, darts and Playstation 2. One of the two bathrooms has a washing machine, double sink and massage shower. There is also air conditioning on the upper floor. Three of the five bedrooms are on the upper floor. One bedroom with a double bed and one with a single bed are on the ground floor.

In the spacious garden there is the illuminated pool and an outdoor kitchen with an integrated grill. There are enough seats for cozy evenings and deck chairs for the day by the pool. There are also two parasols.
