Parking is a little tricky. We did have an assigned spot but someone esle was parked there and we ended up parking in another Perch spot, the spots are tight. That being said Blue Ridge parking is tight all over just be prepared. The place is beautiful and the location is excellent. Very pleased and would stay again

The AC was being fixed as we entered the property for our stay. We walked in to workers in the house but were never notified they would be there. Took 5 hours for the house to cool back down but they did fix it. The furniture inside and outside was very uncomfortable. Beds, couches and chairs outside. Overall a B experience.

Not as described!! False advertisement! Zero luxury anywhere. Fireplace does not work. Gas not even turned on. Super dirty and dusty in Fireplace. Carpet is just gross. Numerous stains everywhere. Bed sucks! Squeaks with minimal movement and very uncomfortable. Almost hurled when removing the sheets. Mattress cover just gross and needs to be replaced or bleached. Clearly not cleaned. Mold in shower. Bee nests on patio, husband is highly allergic. Refrigerator barely accessible. Door in bathroom doesn’t open all the way. Multiple doors need locks or knobs (interior) - worst experience ever- left in the middle of the night it was so bad.

We had the best time in Blue Ridge! This location is so perfect for walking to all the shops and restaurants. The Perch was stocked with all your needs! It was very clean and we all felt safe. We also did the wine escape tour. The tour bus needs a little updates but we had a lot of fun. Highly recommend! We will be back!!

Excellent location

We really enjoyed the property. It was very comfortable and a great location to be able to walk to the restaurants in the downtown area. The communication was good and the escape to blue ridge team was very helpful. We are coming back in July.

A gem

Such a beautiful place!!! The Escape to Blue Ridge staff were so incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time for my best friends birthday. The location was perfect for walking and exploring the Blue Ridge area. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting. It is simply a gem.

Dream Getaway

A dream getaway for a group including ages 6-70+! Perfect location, gorgeous and spacious apartment, and an epic balcony perfect for people watching! Highly recommend renting Perch 2 and 3 for a large group… elevator takes you to a landing shared by only these two units which share access to an enormous balcony!

Great Location- stylish accommodations

The property seems very well maintained. Very stylish decor. We couldn’t find the hot tub? But the property management office was easy to contact and accommodated a 1 hour early check in which is always appreciated for traveling out of towners. Will be back for sure.

Condo needs attention

I picked this property based on the reviews. The beds were so hard and uncomfortable that we had to drive to Walmart to buy a mattress topper just to make it through the next night. The shower heads are barely functional with extremely low water pressure. The location was great, but it can get noisy from the restaurant downstairs. Overall, it is not worth the high price.

First, let me thank you for staying with us at Perch 3. We apologize for the beds not being comfortable and the water pressure was so low. Also, the only thing about renting a property downtown Blue Ridge is the noise. Anytime you rent any property in a busy downtown area you will have guests dining and drinking and it's a loud environment. I have addressed your issues with the respective property manager.
