About this property

2 well-separated bedrooms (1 w/king & 1 w/queen bed) & remodeled baths (1 walk-in shower & 1 tub/shower combo) en-suite, each with their own TV. Off the large living room with gas fireplace and a Roku tv, you'll have the availability of an office space with a half bath! Just drive into the 2-car garage with lots of storage and directly access the recently remodeled granite kitchen with gas stove and lots of cooking accoutrements. Two patios serve for your eating and lounging pleasure; off the dining area you'll find your Weber BBQ directly connected to natural gas (no propane tanks to handle!). The west-facing entry patio is great for catching the rays & golden glow on the mountains. You're situated mid-way between 2 of the 7 pools--both of these have spas as well. This complex also has tennis and pickle-ball courts and it's a quick walk or bike ride (2 are available in the garage, but do check them out in the driveway for your own safety first) to the Rim Rock Shopping Center & hiking trail. Conveniently located to the bus lines, restaurants and the airport--this is a great home away from home! And...NO STEPS!!

Canyon Sands Condo Retreat

We stayed in this wonderful Canyon Sands condo for three months this winter. The condo is large with space for all your needs - even a den with a printer. We enjoyed the bright sun filled rooms - patio doors on three sides. The living room is spacious with a fireplace for those cooler winter evenings. The attached garage was very convenient. There are two patios - one off the living room and one off the dinning room with a BBQ. The front entrance patio has two chaise loungers and there is an awning over the patio to give you control of the sun level. We found the condo very functional, easy to maintain with lots of storage. We definitely want to book this condo again.

Spacious, bright PS Condo

This condo is one of the nicest we have stayed at in Palm Springs. And we have stayed at many. It was even better than the pictures - the high ceiling in the main living area made the condo so bright. Every room has good windows letting in lots of light. The 2 patios are very private and the neighbours were extremely quiet. As the only common wall is in the garage, we never heard noise from neighbours. The front patio has an electric awning which was very convenient when we needed shade. It was great having the attached garage. The condo was very well stocked with more laundry and kitchen items than we expected. The beds were comfortable. The office has a very functional desk and office chair that came in handy when we had to do a bit of work. The complex is very well maintained. While we were there, the HOA cut back on heating the 7 pools to just 2 due to the doubling of gas costs. We were concerned the pools would be very busy, but they weren't and we were very comfortable at the pool. There were lots of pool towels. There is a Vons grocery store within walking distance and Trader Joe's and other stores a 5 minute drive away. Our host, Shirley, was very responsive to any questions we had. Shirley also forwarded any communications from the HOA regarding maintenance and other issues so we always knew what to expect. There were 2 bicycles and a set of walking poles generously left for our use. Loved our stay and have booked again for next year.
