Two separate master suites, upstairs balcony with a stunning view of the mountains, downstairs with an en suite full bath. Lots of fabulous hangout spots, including a spacious living room with skylight; enclosed outdoor patio with west-facing sun. Recently remodeled kitchen with brand-new appliances and all the amenities you need and want. Two-car garage and fully gated space. Pickleball and tennis courts, two private pools and a hot tub on the property (exclusive to the HOA). Close to shopping (Trader Joe's and Target one mile away); golf, biking, and hiking (local trails and Joshua Tree @ 45 minutes); all the fabulousness that downtown Palm Springs has to offer (5 miles); and lots of great local eats. The owners are regular travelers and VRBOers and we welcome you to our Palm Springs oasis.
