Our guests can look forward to a cozy, spacious holiday apartment with Swiss pine and tiled stove, a fully equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms. For families as well as for small The property is very suitable for groups - the guests are alone in the house! In the spacious bathroom you will find both a bathtub and a shower cabin and the toilet is separate. There is enough space for skis, tobogganing, strollers etc., a free parking space. The house is in a quiet location and still very central. Area 47: 5 km away, Piburger See: 2 km away, ski area Hochoetz: 2 km away, bus stop nearby; Innsbruck: 50 km away, Oetztal train station: 5 km away!

Authentischer Urlaub mitten in Tirol

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub mitten in Tirol und hatte eine tolle Unterkunft, mit einer herzlichen Gastgeberin. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Hier würden wir noch einmal Urlaub machen.

Schöne Auszeit bei netten Gastgebern

Wir waren mit 8 Arbeitskollegen 3 Tage zu Gast bei Familie Köll und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Stube mit Kamin hat uns besonders gut gefallen und als Ausgangspunkt zum Ski fahren in Oetz ist die Lage gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Lage-sehr großzügig

Perfekt

Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern, plus einem Hund für eine Woche Urlaub gemacht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, vollständig ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus ist ruhig am Ortsrand gelegen. Der Skibus hält gegenüber. Für uns die perfekte Unterkunft.

Hele lieve gastvrije eigenaars! Bij aankomst flesje wijn, paaseitjes voor de kindjes. Hele leuke aankomst. Het huis is nog veel mooier dan dat het op de foto's aantoont. Ons reisje was meer dan geslaagd. Prachtige omgeving. Er is een bakkerij op wandelafstand. Wij komen zeker nog terug! Familie Braeckman- Holzknecht

Tolle Unterkunft in traumhafter Umgebung

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt umgeben von einem traumhaften Panorama. Die FeWo ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Ausstattung war mehr als großzügig. Auch von unserer Gastgeberin wurden wir herzlich empfangen und betreut. Nochmals ein Dank an dieser Stelle. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Top Lage !! Super Haus

Wir haben das Haus sehr schnell gefunden und konnten uns in allen Zimmer sehr wohlfühlen. Alles war mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und die Küche ist komplett vollzählig mit allen Dingen die man braucht. Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Ausgangslage am Anfang des Ötztales ist perfekt! egal ob zum Wandern oder Skifahren. Mann erreicht alles in kürzester Zeit. Es war ein sehr toller Aufenthalt wir kommen gerne mal wieder

Coronaerholung :-)

Wir haben eine großartige Woche im Ötztal verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, so dass unsere zwei Teenager genügend Rückzugsraum hatten. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Schon in der direkten Umgebung kann man wunderbare Spaziergänge und einfache Wanderungen machen oder aber mit Auto oder Bus zu anderen Zielen im Ötztal aufbrechen. Tina ist eine wunderbare, freundliche Vermieterin. Vielen Dank dafür und auch für die Begrüßungsgetränke und den Erinnerungsschnaps......

Schöne Wohnung, nette Vermieter, schöner Urlaub

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit großen Zimmern und Kamin im Wohnzimmer. Alles ist gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Wir waren mit Motorrad, Auto und Anhänger vor Ort. Es ist genug Platz um alles zu stellen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und die Kommunikation war top. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Zeer gastvrij, en behulpzaam.

Prachtige omgeving waar je vele kanten mee op kan. Complete woning met genoeg ruimte in huis. Supermarkten dicht bij. Vele wandel en Mountainbike mogelijkheden in de buurt.
