Wonderful holiday home with terrace and barbecue area

This holiday home is located on a 1200 square meter plot of land near Pula. It was completely renovated in 2015 and consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The property is suitable for four persons and is therefore an ideal accommodation for your family holidays. Air conditioning and WLAN internet is also available and included in the price. Pets are also welcome, so everyone can stay and relax here.
From the property to the beach is 6 km and the distance to the centre is 4 km. The nearest grocery shop is 1.5 km from the holiday home. In 1,5 km you can reach the surrounding restaurant.

Beautiful little house with big garden (perfect for perplex with a dog)

We spent 8 nights in Mladens house and most liked the privacy and remoteness of his property. Those who like watching TV, have the advantage of german TV Channels. Premantura, a nice peninsula with paradise braches, Medullin with a lot of Supermarktes, restaurants and touristic life and Pula, the biggest city in that area, are all very close. Rovinj or Porec or even Slobenia or Triest in Italy are realistic targets for a Daily Trip. All in all a very good area for a Beach Holiday with a lot of opportunities.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem charmanten kleinen Ferienhaus. Das Highlight war definitiv das riesige, komplett umzäunte Grundstück, auf dem sich unser Hund frei und sicher bewegen konnte – einfach ideal für Vierbeiner!Der Garten ist liebevoll angelegt, mit alten Olivenbäumen und viel Platz zum Entspannen. Besonders gut hat uns die kleine Terrasse mit Grill gefallen – perfekt für gemütliche Abende. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, mit netten Nachbarn, und trotzdem ist man schnell an den wichtigsten Orten.Ein großes Dankeschön an die herzlichen Gastgeber: Wir wurden direkt mit kroatischem Bier und Wein begrüßt und fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Bei Fragen waren sie jederzeit schnell und unkompliziert per WhatsApp erreichbar – einfach top!Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen – besonders für alle, die mit Hund reisen und ein Stück Ruhe und Natur suchen.

Empfehlung für 2 Personen mit ????

Herzlicher Empfang von den Vermieter mit einer Flasche Rotwein und traditionelle Gebäck. Wir konnten mit unserem ???? einen entspannten Urlaub in dem sauberen gepflegten, umzäunten großen Grundstück mit liebevoll eingerichteten Häuschen ,wo alles vorhanden war, was man benötigt genießen. Nachbarschaft mit lieben Hunden am Zaun ohne Störungen durch Gebell. Sehr zu empfehlen

Sehr zu empfehlen, ideal mit Hund

Das Haus entspricht den Bildern, ist absolut sauber. Großes Grundstück gut eingezäunt und ideal mit Hund. Sehr freundliche Hausbesitzer, mit tollem Empfang inkl. etwas zu essen und trinken in Kühlschrank. Empfehlenswert für 1-2 Personen.
