Date was changed last minute

Our reservation was changed last minute pushed back by one day which caused us to have to schedule something else as we were meeting friends. We were driving from Toronto to Orlando and this last minute changed caused major grief for two families. When we arrived vacation village wasn't even booked up.

Property was great, owner was not

Property was great, had a wonderful time. Pools were awesome and we had fun in the arcade room, sauna, and fitness center. Room could have been cleaner, floors were dirty and turned our feet black. Originally had planned to stay at a different resort, but due to unforeseen circumstances our owner changed resorts on us last minute (2 days before) - which could have been avoided. She promised us a certain room type and we were put in a smaller option without the amenities we had been told we were getting. Communication with the property owner was not great, due to a language barrier and slow responses. The situation with the owner has made me weary to ever book with VRBO again.
