Enjoy this newly furnished 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home that is conveniently located between the 101, 51, and 17 freeways. This property is centrally located only 25 minutes from the airport, downtown Phoenix, and Scottsdale. Quick access to restaurants, bars, casinos, and several golf courses.
This two-story home includes a master bedroom with a king size bed and walk in shower, along with a Smart TV capable of streaming and a desk. The two guest rooms with a queen bed and a day bed that can be used as a twin or convert to a full size bed. The guest rooms share a large bathroom with a shower/tub combination. All bedrooms are located upstairs. Downstairs you will find two living spaces with Smart TVs that have cable, a dining table to fit the whole family, a desk for working from home, and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen.
This home is in a fantastic location! It is in a quiet neighborhood that is great for riding bikes, going for a run, or walking with the family. Generally there is not a lot of traffic so it is very safe for families to enjoy time outside. In the backyard will enjoy the large, covered patio with outdoor seating, grass, and a fenced pool. There is also an outdoor grill to use. It is a great space to enjoy time with family and friends!
* The pool is heated and it will be an extra $50 per day to heat it.

Pool house

Our stay was a delight. The house had plenty of room and closet space. The bathrooms were stocked with the items needed for morning routines. I loved that we had a washer and dryer. And the pool was treat! The house was conveniently located for everything! Close to hiking, dining and shopping. Thank you for a remarkable vacation.
