This gorgeous getaway is also within five miles of a number of wonderful parks ready to be explored including Lookout Mountain Park, Moon Valley Park, and Roadrunner Park, while the Grayhawk Golf Club is only a dozen miles from your door.

Step through the front door and head into the ground-floor great room comprised of a well-equipped, island kitchen with stainless steel appliances, two separate dining areas for meals, laptops, or family game nights, and a main living area with comfortable sofas and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels. Upstairs, an additional living area boasts a second TV, while provided exercise equipment awaits if you need to work up a sweat while you're on vacation. Back on the lower-level, an open front office space features a desk and chair for those needing to catch up on some work or do a little remote schooling.

Out back, the enclosed, oasis back yard offers multiple seating areas, a gas grill and outdoor sink, and plenty of foliage including orange and lemon trees.

Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer and refreshing central air-conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
