Perfect location and excellent host!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! This home is ideally located for enjoying all that Scottsdale has to offer. The hiking trails are just minutes away offering beautiful views of the Phoenix area. There are a variety of restaurants from casual to fine dining and there are golf courses everywhere. Jerry and his wife Cheryl are both lovely and very responsive. The home is well stocked has plenty of space for a family to enjoy.

Nice house in a gated neighborhood of Grayhawk.

Very nice, clean, well appointed house in gated community of Grayhawk. The pool was nearby and the shopping center was just across the street. House had everything we needed. Would definitely rent again. Owner was easy to work with and responsive.

We loved the area during our recent 30 day stay. Beautiful home equipped and furnished with everything you will need. Jerry is extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. Grayhawk townhome

The townhome was very spacious, tidy and had everything you need for a long stay. We enjoyed the upscale quiet neighborhood, great for long walks. Townhome is conveniently located to restaurants, grocery store and shopping areas. Great pool area close to townhome. Also close to the 101 to get around the whole valley. Jerry was very accessible with any of our questions We had. Great host we hope to be back. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us .

A perfect home away from home!

The townhouse was super clean, comfortable, and had everything needed to settle in quickly. Plenty of supplies for everyday living including towels/linens, and all the kitchen items needed for cooking were present. Furnishings are stylish, and beds were comfortable. We stayed for over 5 weeks, and we would highly recommend. It was a very comfortable stay for our family with kids. The neighborhood is safe and very convenient to the freeway, grocery, restaurants, and activities. The layout of the home provides great opportunities for privacy. The owner was super easy to work with. We have no complaints at all!
