Welcome to your home away from home! Relax and be adventurous at the same time in our 'Comfortable Spacious Family Home'!

Our home offers you one king bed and an enormous ensuite retreat, and 2 queen beds in their own lovingly appointed rooms. Each room contains all that you need including quick access to the bathroom, over-sized dresser and side table, large closets, lamp, and alarm clock.

The fully stocked kitchen is waiting for you, along with stainless steel appliances and a unique kitchen table that seats eight people, it is very spacious for all of your culinary needs.

Relax in style in front of the 46 inch LCD HDTV watching your favorite blu-ray movies while seated on the leather sofa, love seat, or lounger. Maybe you prefer to enjoy some TV in bed in the master bedroom with your 32 inch LCD HDTV screen!

Take a load off with a cold beverage and freshly made ice from the ice dispenser on the patio or observe the mountains and hot air balloons from the master bedroom patio.

This house is in immaculate condition, very clean, quiet and close to all amenities.

Bask in the Arizona sun or set your children free and be entertained as they burn off a little energy by a choice of 2 huge gated pools, one only a minute walk from the house, and the other in the community recreation center which also includes tennis, basketball, beach volleyball, and a children's spray park.

All linens, main toiletries, and beach towels are provided at your convenience.

Enjoy a drive to the local favorite Lake Pleasant for some swimming, fishing, boating, hiking or whatever else you desire. There is LOTS of shopping only 10 minutes away in the outlet mall city of Anthem and of course, it goes without saying, many fabulous stores in Scottsdale which is only a 25 minute drive. There are too many GOLF courses to count, all at very reasonable prices, and world famous hiking trails in the Sonoran Desert.

Take a 30 minute drive to see all four professional sports teams that Phoenix has to offer including the Coyotes, Diamondbacks, Cardinals, and Suns.

Only 1.5 hours away are the resort towns of Sedona and Flagstaff easily accessible for a day's trip away.

The property was everything we hoped for and more! The home was lovely inside and out; nice floor plan and appointments inside and we loved the private shaded walled patio outside for coffee or reading. Within 1.5 blocks walk, we were at the large subdivision pool and hot tub, and there was an adjacent playground and nature trail, too. The home is in a quiet gated community in a location that was convenient to grocery store, Starbucks, restaurants and even a pet store and animal hospital...very pet-friendly for our little dog. Within 10-15 minutes drive we were at hiking trails, riding and Cave Creek shops and restaurants and about 25 minutes from beautiful Lake Pleasant, its trails and marina. The landlord was very thoughtful, professional and easy to reach. We shall return!

Family visit

This is a very nice home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The community pool is nice too and our granddaughter loved spending time swimming there. I recommend this home to families visiting the Phoenix area.its close to fun activities as well!

Home was as expected. Parking was a bit problematic if we were just stopping by the house for a short period of time. You had to pull into the garage every time or walk a block since you can 't park in front of the house. Other than that it was a great short stay.

Visiting the west… decided on this place, very nice, great location, pool was nice and the best was a great mattress. Also very quiet in house. No street noise, friendly neighbors was a surprising plus.

The property was lovely. It was clean and well maintained. The owner was generous and easy to communicate with. I misunderstood about the pool, it was not on the actual property but a community pool. My fault. It was by far more economical than a hotel stay!

Very good location. Property was neat & clean. There was some mix up upon arrival, but Jason made things happen upon notice. The patio area was not very orderly, for use by us. Pool area was very nice. I would recommend this property to friends.

Great for Location for a Family Vacation

The house is very nice! The development has a very nice large pool. There were several nights that we had the pool to ourselves. The development is very quiet and it is in a very upscale area. Jason the owner was very friendly and easy to work with. The area has lots of shopping and Lake Pleasant is 15-20 minutes away. Easy access to freeways. I would highly recommend this rental.

Desert getaway for GCU graduation

Everything was positive about my stay. The house is spacious and has everything you might need. (Towels, linens, kitchen items.) The beds & the furniture were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We had access to a very nice community pool and hot tub. The pool was much colder than I would've anticipated but it was still a nice amenity. The location was reasonably close to drive to shopping and restaurants. The owner clearly communicated everything we needed to know by email and also checked in by email to make sure we settled OK.

Family Wedding

My family and I were in town for our nephews wedding. The VRBO was centrally located to the wedding venue and the next day gathering. The house was perfect. There were plenty of bedding, towels, bathroom supplies and the kitchen was well stocked. They have a hall closet with extra supplies of anything you could think of for personal items. The owner was very easy to get in touch with and checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything. The house was in safe gated community with a pool and jacuzzi right around the corner.Would highly recommend this property for you next Arizona vacation
