I Love This Space

This is a really great property especially for relaxing. It is beautiful and quiet. We came into town for a 3 day music festival and it was great coming back to a really nice place after each long day.

Fabulous stay in Phoenix!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this property! Everything was as described, and very clean! Pool and hottub were nice, although pool is a bit chilly if you’re coming in the cooler months! Most of the things we did were within a 25-30 minute drive from the unit. We would stay here again!

The space was exactly as depicted and overall well appointed throughout. Gated and welcoming community, heated pool and hot tub (also gated), large garage which led right into unit, soundproof between buildings, nice grill on front porch along with small fire-pit and chairs. Host, Candy, was available the few times we had questions or needed her suggestions. Unit was close to expressways, Costco, Trader Joe’s, & Fryes. We could have easily extended another month comfortably. Thank you!

Condo was clean and well stocked with most everything you need- coffee, toiletries, TP, paper towels, laundry soap. The only thing we needed to purchase was dishwasher pods. Appliances, bedding, towels, kitchen supplies were all high quality which our group appreciated. Furniture was comfortable and looked new. Everything worked and hot water was plentiful. Condo was well located, near costco and highways. Felt very safe in a gated community. Pool and hot tub were great and we used them during our stay. Host communicated details for stay clearly and concisely. We would stay here again if in the area.

Excellent Rental

There could be absolutely nothing to complain about. The unit is newly renovated, totally equipped. It is within a totally gated community which is immaculately maintained. The hosts were easily accessible and accommodating.
