The Palms of Destin is also centrally located with easy access to attractions, area restaurants, shopping, and water sports. The resort is filled with the perfect amenities for those seeking an active beach vacation. The resort has multiple pools including an 11,000 square foot lagoon pool with waterfall features, a hot tub, playground, fitness center, and tennis and basketball courts. Featuring an on-site restaurant, bar, and coffeehouse all located just steps away from the pool deck, everything you need is right here.

The Palms of Destin 1717 offers an open concept living area with gorgeous decor and marble flooring throughout the entire condo. The spacious seventh floor panoramic balcony overlooks Henderson State Park and The Gulf of Mexico as well as the coastline of the eastern part of Destin. You’ll enjoy a comfortable living area with plenty of seating for the entire group, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a washer and a dryer, and a flat-screen TV. The dining area has seating for six with additional seating for three at the breakfast bar.

This condo features a large master bedroom with a king bed, a flat-screen TV, a private ensuite bathroom, and views of the beach. The master bathroom has a combination shower and bathtub and a spacious vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed and the second guest bedroom has a queen bed. They both share the nearby full bathroom with a combination shower and bathtub, and both rooms have flat-screen TVs. All three bedrooms have private access to the balcony, and the third bedroom has views of the resort pool deck.

The condo was beautiful. Property Management team was always quick to respond. the amenities are awesome here. From the heated pool, splash pad, large pool and short drive or shuttle to the beach. Everyone enjoyed their time . We will definitely be back.

Amazing!

We loved our stay. The view was amazing! The condo was very clean and organized. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of room to kick back and relax. Unfortunately my daughter forgot her comfort blanket and told me weeks after our stay. I guess it was too late for me to call and get it back. My family definitely wants to come back!

We loved this place last year. This year we immediately called the morning after we checked in, the smell of fried food was so bad the sheets needed changed, or maybe they hadn’t changed them? We had all three beds changed in the first 48-72 hours for hairs found, etc., had multiple calls/requests to address really dirty baseboards, a dead roach in the vent of the master bath, and urine scents on the leather couch that my daughter and friend found in places that would have come from an animal, not a diaper sitting on the couch.

Don’t Come Early!

Luckily the room was fantastic. You aren’t getting in your room before 4:00 which is sort of ridiculous considering check out is 10:00. The front desk is never available. So here’s a tip, there are 3 towers and only one hidden ice machine and it’s cash only. We all loved the room and atmosphere so besides those downfalls we couldn’t ask for anything else.
