Cozy apartment in a prime location, yet quiet.

Hello my love.....
Are you looking at where you are going on vacation?
Then you are exactly right here with us. Imsum is a small but nice village right on the dike. The port is only a few minutes away by car. Bremerhaven and also Langen can be reached in a few minutes by car.
The apartment is newly renovated and offers with your almost 50sqm everything you need.
A travel cot is also available and thus newly baked parents can look forward to this vacation.

There is a washing machine in the basement and a parking space is right outside the door.
The balcony invites you to relax with a view of the dike and harbor.

The price includes the final cleaning, towels and bed linen.

Super netter Empfang. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gemütlich. Besonders die neue Couch lädt zu entspannten gemeinsamen Abenden ein. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Lage ist ruhig, nicht weit von Bremerhaven.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist so schön und sauber. Die Dusche ist in der Wanne mit Wandschräge, das ist ein bisschen umständlich, wenn man nicht ganz so mobil ist. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, sogar Mückennetze. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Einkaufen kann man in Langen, ein paar Minuten weiter. Alles schön ruhig. Wir fanden es schön.

entspannte Tage am Meer

wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnunghat eine super Lage mit herrlichem Blick zum Container-hafen und über die Felder. Die Austattung der Wohnungwar sehr gut. Das einzige was uns sehr gestört hat wardie Dusche wenn man größer als 1.70 ist wird es unmöglich im Stehen zu duschen und die Balkonausstattung könnte auch erneuert werden. Die Stühle sind sehr unbequem und alt was sehr schade ist da der Balkon mit dem tollen Ausblick auch zu Verweilen und entspannen einlädt.

Kurzurlaub

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Die Unterkunft befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hafen Bremerhaven entfernt. Das Gras dort in der Gegend scheint viel grüner zu sein als bei uns zu Hause. Wir schliefen in einer kleinen Wohnung mit Balkon am Schlafzimmer. Es war soweit alles vorhanden, was man zum Überleben braucht. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte problemlos und die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich.

Entspannung trotz Jahreswechsel

Wer sich nicht daran stört in die dritte Etage zu laufen, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Man findet eine perfekt ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit kleinem Balkon und Blick auf den Überseehafen von Bremerhaven, dessen Lichter in der Nacht einen imposanten Anblick vermitteln. Obwohl sich die Wohnung in einem zehn Parteien Haus befindet, ist es erstaunlich ruhig.

Check in völlig problemlos. Vermieterin sehr nett. Wohnung liegt im 2.Stock Nur Treppe. 37 Stufen In Küche alles vorhanden. Wohnzimmer groß und toll ausgestattet. Neue Möbel,toller Ledersessel und grosser Fernseher.Schlafzimmer mit Balkon. Da stehen 2 alte Bistrostühle mit Tisch. Ich konnte in den Betten sehr gut liegen.Das Bad ist alt aber sehr sauber.Dusche in Badewanne intregiert. Wegen der Schräge über der Badewanne ist duschen nur für Leute ab 1,70 m nur im sitzen möglich. Einziger grosser Nachteil der Wohnung.

In dem Kaff gibt es keinen Laden in dem man etwas Einkaufen könnte.Nicht mal eine Bäckerei um Morgens Brötchen zu kaufen.Fewo mit winziger Küche und Mini-Bad. Alles zusammen ein Reinfall.

Imsum 2023

Ich habe die Tage in Imsum sehr genossen, die Deichnähe , die zu langen Spaziergängen einlädt! Auch die Nähe zum Wremer Tief ist sehr zu begrüßen! Erwähnenswert ist auch noch einmal, die schöne , wirklich mit Liebe gestaltete Wohnung der Fam. Teichert ! 👍👋👋

Nicht leicht zu finden

-Lagebezeichnung ungenau, Weddewarden ist die falsche Bezeichnung, IMSUM die richtige - bis zum Deich sind es ca. 2 Km -die Wohnung selbst ist nett eingerichtet, Balkonmöbel könnten mal erneuert werden - Spiegel im Bad zu hoch angebracht - Ausgangspunkt für Rad-und Wandertouren gut - Busanbindung super

Geschmackvolle Einrichtung

Jederzeit wieder. Sensible Ohren werden die Windräder und den Überseehafen störend empfinden. Der nächtliche Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Die räumliche Anbindung nach Norden ist gut, südlich fährt man durch das Zollgebiet (ggf. Stau). Geschmackvolle, umfangreiche Ausstattung, viele tolle Kleinigkeiten (z.B. scharfe Messer, mob. Kinderbett, Bügelutensilien, usw.)
