About this property

Winterproof, WLAN, cozy-modern, fenced garden, dogs welcome

Your holiday home is located directly behind the North Sea dike, just 500 meters from the idyllic cutter harbor and the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea, with its free green beach.

The 70mÂČ holiday home, with 2 floors, can accommodate up to 5 people.

The house was lovingly completely renovated and furnished by us in 2012/2013/2014. Since June 2013 it has finally been winterproof, thanks to a complete renovation (roof, facade, windows, doors, walls).

Free WiFi is available.

It stands on a 300mÂČ plot of land with a fenced garden and is quiet, at the end of a cul-de-sac.

The spacious, partially covered south-west terrace, with attached grill, invites you to sunbathe and relax.

The bright, combined and friendly furnished living and dining room consists of a cozy sitting area, right next to the fireplace, and an adjacent dining area. In January 2014 the living room (the last room in the house) was completely renovated. In addition to central heating, with radiators in all rooms, you also have the option of making yourself comfortable with the existing stove. A large television, a CD player with radio and MP3 player connection, as well as various books and board games are also available.

The separate and well equipped kitchen, as well as the modern daylight bathroom are also on the ground floor.

Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms, which can be darkened with roller shutters. Here you have a total of 5 sleeping options.

In addition, we have socket fuses in all rooms, child bars in front of the stairs, a playpen, a changing mat, two high chairs, a baby bed and children's dishes. So that you can spend a relaxing holiday with us with your youngest.

Dogs welcome!
Dogs who agree to only stay on the ground floor of the house (and of course in the garden) and to place their basket there are welcome!

The house is a non-smoking house! We also do not allow e-cigarettes in the house!

Nach anfĂ€nglicher Skepsis haben wir uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt...das Haus (wenn man von den Fotos ausgeht) ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Das Ferienhaus war mit allen Dingen ausgestattet die man braucht. Der Ort liegt sehr ruhig und idyllisch.

Tolle Unterkunft, gute Lage. Zum Meer nur wenige hundert Meter, vor Ort frischer Fisch und ein gutes Restaurant. Zentral gelegen zu verschiedenen Ausflugszielen. Haus mit guter Ausstattung, alles da, was man benötigt. Ein gelungener Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder..

Schönes kleines Ferienhaus

Das renovierte Nurdachhaus bot fĂŒr uns und unseren Hund viel Platz. Die Lage ist in einem kleinen gepflegten Ferienhausgebiet direkt hinter dem Deich. Wir fanden das Haus sehr sauber vor. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Die Einrichtung istbehaglichundnicht verbraucht. Gute Matratzen.

Unterbringung ok.

Da wir ja im Januar dort waren, waren natĂŒrlich keine GĂ€ste dort am Ort. Die haben wir auch nicht vermisst.Wir haben uns und unser kleiner Hund Benny wohl gefĂŒhltund die gute Nordseeluft genossen. Empfehlenswert.

Urlaub Spieka - Neufeld

Wunderschön, Wetter gut, Unterkunft gut. Wasser mal da, mal nicht da - Interessant wenn man sich mit den Tiden auskennt. Viele schöne Museen super gut, muss man einfach rein. Nette Restaurants mit total schmackhaften Fischspeisen und fĂŒr keine Fischliebhaber auch andere leckere Gerichte. wer noch nicht da war, sollte einmal hin. Es lohnt sich ob Groß oder Klein, mit oder ohne Hund.

Tolle Unterkunft

Bei dieser Unterkunft gibt es rein garnichts auszusetzen. Das Haus ist super isoliert. Obwohl die Sonne den ganzen Tag auf's Dach gebruzzelt hat, bleiben die Temparaturen im Haus angenehm. Einen Urlaub hier kann man wĂ€rmstens empfehlen! Vielen Dank fĂŒr die Gastfreundschaft!

Kleines, feines Ferienhaus - Familie mit Hund

Das Ferienhaus ist zeitgemĂ€ĂŸ modernisiert und ausgestattet. Das Haus war sehr sauber und zweckmĂ€ĂŸig, aber liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und es lief alles unkompliziert ab. Allerdings wĂŒrden wir das Haus nur Familien mit Kindern ĂŒber 5 Jahrn empfehlen: Die Treppe in das OG ist relativ steil und glatt, das Sicherheitstor unten hĂ€lt nicht mehr und das obige öffnet direkt zur Treppe hin - man befĂŒrchtet, dass ein ordentlicher RĂŒttler ausreicht und das Kind stĂŒrzt ab. Auch ist fĂŒr Hundehalter unbedingt zu erwĂ€hnen, dass das OG fĂŒr Hunde laut Hausordnung tabu ist. Alles in allem aber eine Empfehlung.

Schönes Haus

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und in einer schönen Gegend. Es ist sehr ruhig und man kann gemĂŒtlich draußen sitzen. Das Haus selber ist gut ausgestattet. Das Zimmer mit den zwei Betten ist klein aber man auch dort gut zu zweit schlafen.

Bezaubernde und heimelige Weihnachtstage

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt! Es war sehr sauber und heimelig, was sicherlich auch an dem tollen Holzkamin lag😉! Wenn man Ruhe und Natur -Pur sucht, der perfekte Urlaubsort! Falls man dann doch noch anderweitig was erleben möchte, gibt es viele tolle Möglichkeiten in Cuxhaven oder Bremerhaven

Es war ein schönes sauberes Ferienhaus mit schönem Garten. FahrrÀder sind zu empfehlen wenn man nicht immer das Auto nehmen will. Vor Ort ist ein Restaurant mit guten Speisen und Preisen.

Haus StrandlÀufer

Scheinkleines FerienhĂ€uschen. Sieht von außen wesentlich kleiner aus als es tatsĂ€chlich ist. Die Lage ist ideal fĂŒr AusflĂŒge nach Cuxhafen oder Bremerhafen und darĂŒber hinaus. (Windrichtung beachten, wenn man keine E-Bikes hat). Gute Ausstattung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Toller Aufenthalt in einen tollen HĂ€uschen

Die Gegend ist wunderschön, direkt am damm gelegen. Ausflugsziel, zu fuss, Mut dem Rad oder 4 RÀdern leicht zu erreichen. Wir wÀren gerne lÀnger geblieben. Zum Haus kann man kur sagen: sehr schön und jederzeit wieder.

Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben den Urlaub im Haus StrandlĂ€ufer sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gemĂŒtlich und alles Wichtige ist vorhanden. Toll ist auch der Grill auf der Terasse, mit dem man wunderbar Fisch Grillen kann. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und man ist zu Fuß in weniger als 5 Minuten auf dem Deich. Morgens gibt es einen mobilen BĂ€ckerwagen, der in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Der wirklich hervorragende Fischhandel ist ebensfalls gut erreichbar. Generell empfehlen wir aber FahrrĂ€der, da die Gegend sehr weitlĂ€ufig und mit dem Fahrrad perfekt zu erkunden ist. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.
