Unser renoviertes freistehendes Ferienhaus befindet sich an einem Privatweg, Durchgangsverkehr ausgeschlossen und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Bis zu 4 Personen finden hier auf ca. 75m² Wohnfläche mit Wohn-Essbereich und 2 Schlafzimmern Platz. Vom Wohnbreich haben Sie direkten Zugang zur Terrasse und in den Garten mit ca. 300qm Grundstück. Durch das vollständig umzäunte Grundstück können Sie Ihren Hund frei laufen lassen.
Hinter dem Haus fließt direkt der Strom „Wasserlöse“ dieser Bereich ist für Fußgänger oder Autos nicht zugänglich.
Es handelt sich um ein Nichtraucherhaus!
Im ganzen Haus steht Ihnen Internet über wLAN zur Verfügung.
Das Haus verfügt über einen eigenen PKW-Stellplatz.

Eine kleine Auszeit vom AlltagWir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus. Es ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, um sich sofort wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Alles war makellos sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist perfekt, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Deich und dem Kutterhafen entfernt. Wir haben die Ruhe und die frische Seeluft sehr genossen und konnten perfekt abschalten. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wir haben ein sehr sauberes, voll ausgestattetes Haus vorgefunden. Der komplett eingezäunte Garten ist bietet ausreichend Platz für die ganze Familie inkl. Hund.Die Betten (Matratzen) sind super, man kann herrvoragend schlafen. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man gebrauchen könnte. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Das Haus liegt perfekt, nah zum Meer, Hundespielplatz, Bäcker, Supermarkt.Die richtige Entscheidung wenn man Urlaub mit dem Hund, oder der Familie machen möchte. Das Handynetz ist leider sehr schlecht in der Umgebung. Dafür ist das WLAN im Haus super.Einizges kleines Manko war die Couch! Wenn man einmal sitzt, sitzt man und kommt schwer wieder heraus.Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Es war eine gute Zeit. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Bei der Sauberkeit ist allerdings noch viel Platz nach oben, vor allem wenn man den Preis für die Endreinigung bedenkt. Der Ort ist sehr schön und Rollstuhlgerecht. Den Strandeintritt finde ich ungerechtfertigt. Auch die Absperrung am Strand ist befremdlich. Hat was von Käfighaltung. Trotzdem, schöner Urlaub. Aber einmal reicht auch.

Schönes Haus gerne wieder. Weiterzuempfehlen!!!

Ich und meine beiden Kinder fühlten uns wohl und fanden das Haus super. Das einzige Negative ist der Parkplatz vorm Haus. Das parken ist sehr eng. Sonst können wir es nur empfehlen denn es ist modern eingerichtet.

Ein toller Sommerurlaub

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Dorum. Das Haus liegt perfekt, alles ist fußnah zu erreichen. Da das Haus eingezäunt ist, konnten Kind und Hund bedenkenlos herumlaufen. Ruhige Gegend und dennoch wird viel geboten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekter Urlaub!

Das Ferienhaus ist super schön eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und die Schlüsselübergabe liefen perfekt ab. Auch die Lage ist super, man ist sehr schnell am Wasser und bei den Restaurants. Sehr ruhiger Ort im Winter genau das richtige um einmal runterzukommen. Wir haben schon den nächsten Aufenthalt im Sommer gebucht.

Erholsamer Urlaub direkt an der Nordsee

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Sehr schönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Die Lage ist super zentral. Das eingezäunte Grundstück war auch toll, gerade mit kleinem Kind und Hund, die meisten Ferienhäuser in Dorum haben das nicht. Der Check In war sehr unkompliziert und die Gastgeberin total nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Viele Grüße

Haus war in der Anzeige mit Hund ,die wendel treppe ist so steil das kein Hund hoch kommt ,ausser man hat einen kleinen Hund zum hochtragen,ältere Personenkommen auch schwer hoch ,mein Mann hat 12 Tage auf dem Sofa unten geschlafen !zwecks den Hunden!Die Dusche ist auch ein Witz man konnte den Duschkopf nicht verstellen die Beleuchtung im Bad unmöglich ,Gartentor konnte man nicht richtig schließen, (mit Hund wichtig) keinen richtigen Sonnenschutz nur mini Schirm .also Preis Leistung passt nicht können wir nicht empfehlen

Perfekte Unterbringung mit Kindern und Hund

Perfekte Lage. Gepflegtes und schönes Haus. Es wird in dieser Region viel für Hunde geboten. Für jüngere Kinder gibt es bestimmt auch viel zu unternehmen. Für meine 16 und 18 jährigen Mädels, war es zu langweilig. 🙄 Der Zaun am Haus war an manchen Stellen defekt und mein Beagle hat es 2x geschafft abzuhauen .

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen

Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und es war alles da was man braucht. Man ist sehr schnell am Deich und in der Ortsmitte. Wenn man mal nicht an die See möchte sind Cuxhaven und Bremerhaven vom Dorumer Neufeld sehr schnell zu erreichen.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in dem Ferienhaus, man ist ruck zuck am Deich und an der Nordsee. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, alles wie beschrieben. Der Check in ist klasse organisiert und man hat immer einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort - wirklich spitze! Wir kommen gerne wieder dann aber für einen längeren Zeitraum. Vielen Dank.
