Vacation home "Merlin" in the Palatinate Forest consisting of 2 separate residential units

A perfect holiday for young and old begins in our holiday home Merlin. We offer cozy and comfortable accommodation for up to 10 people. It is a log house that was completed in 2013. The Low Energy House is supplied with heat by its own combined heat and power plant. The house has 2 apartments (Anka and Britta) with separate entrances. They are separated by a common room and can also be rented separately. This makes it ideal for family vacations with e.g. B. Grandparents or 2 families, or a group of friends, hiking groups etc. You can spend your vacation together, but still have 2 separate units.
Anka the larger apartment is on the ground floor. It is bright and friendly and is located in a quiet location with a pleasant view. You don't have to do without any modern comfort. The apartment is spacious and offers enough space for 8 people and a toddler up to 2 years. It has a double room, a twin room, a room with a bunk bed for 2 people and a sofa bed for 2 people. The large bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower cubicle and toilet. A guest toilet is located in the entrance area. The modern living / dining kitchen is bright and friendly, and does not miss anything. The apartment also has a beautiful terrace with a grill, a large lawn with a swing, trampoline and adjacent forest.
Britta the smaller apartment is in the basement. The bright and friendly design invites you to relax. It is in a quiet location with a pleasant view. All rooms have large windows and offer a lot of modern comfort. The apartment is spacious. It has a double room and cot, spacious living / dining area with a well-equipped kitchenette. The bathroom with shower and toilet is also bright and friendly. A beautiful patio leads to a large meadow with an adjacent forest. A parking space for your car is right in front of the apartment.
There is a soccer table in the common room and an exercise bike for fitness.

Tolles Haus für 6-8 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder . Das Stockbett ist nicht unbedingt für Erwachsene zum Schlafen geeignet und auch die Ausziehcouch in einem Zimmer ist seeehr unbequem. Ansonsten ist das Haus perfekt ausgestattet. Großer Aufenthaltsraum, große Terasse mit Grill und schönes Grundstück. Preis / Leistung ist unglaublich. Ludwigswinkel ist sehr schön und man kann einiges hier oder in der Umgebung unternehmen.

Wie jedes Jahr, haben wir auch dieses Jahr wieder ein sehr schönes verlängertes Wochenende mit Familie und Freunden verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Haus Merlin in Ludwigswinkel vom 25.7 bis 27.7. 25

Die Unterkunft kann zu 100% weiterempfohlen werden. Es hat alles gepasst. Wir waren reine gemischte Gruppe von 8 Personen und werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Der Vermieter Anton Lauer ist ein lustiger Zeitgenosse und uns ans Herz gewachsen. Er ist immer gut für einen lustigen Spruch und richtig geerdet.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir waren mit 8 Personen (4 Erwachsene 4 Kinder (zwischen 5 und 13 Jahren) für ein verlängertes Wochenende da. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig mit einem großen Wohn-Essbereich.Auch um das Haus herum ist viel Platz zum Spielen. Wir haben durch das schöne Wetter immer auf der überdachten Terrasse gegessen.Man kann auch direkt von der Unterkunft aus schöne Wanderungen machen oder zum Barfußpfad gehen.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Entspannter Aufenthalt in Ludwigswinkel

Wir, 5 Erwachsene und ein Hund, haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr geräumig, ausgestattet mit allem, was das Herz begehrt, und schön ruhig am Waldrand gelegen. Als für wenige Minuten der Strom in der Gegend ausfiel, wurden wir sofort mit Licht und einer Flasche Sekt versorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes geräumiges Ferienhaus für ein Familientreffen. Aufteilung der Zimmer und Bäder gut.Das Haus wird über eine Fußbodenheizung geheizt. Bei Ankunft war die Heizung im Haus aus. Erst am nächsten Tag erreichten wir angenehme Temperaturen im Haus. In der unteren Wohnung funktionierte die Heizung nur im Bad.Das hat natürlich unseren gesamten Eindruck etwas beeinflusst.
