The advertisement was misleading. It is not a 1 bedroom that sleeps 3. It is a studio with one queen bed. Where in the world a third person would sleep, I have no idea.

Hello Lynn, I'm sorry if our communication was crossed as your reservation was for 2 guests. We do have an extra air mattress in the closet if our guests need the extra space. I wish you would have conveyed the issue while visiting with us as I would have been more than happy to move you to another one of our units. I certainly don't feel that was worth the bad rating as it seemed everything else went fine while staying. Either way, I'll try to be better at communicating that in the future.

I was extremely impressed with the space. Everything was clean and it smelled great upon walking in. The parking matches your door for convenience. Check in was a breeze. Communication with the host was quick and respectful. The location is a fast 5-10-15 min drive to the water depending on where you choose to go. My family and I enjoyed both evenings and would definitely stay again. Thank you Nathan. Brittany
