Other facilities include two LCD TVs with satellite TV and WiFi throughout the house, underfloor heating and fly screens, washing machine, tumble dryer, a travel cot and high chair. A terrace with garden furniture, a grill and its own garden. Two car parking spaces and a bicycle storage room are available. The distance to the beach is approx. 900 meters and to the center it is approx. 10 minutes on foot. Pets (dog, cat, etc.) are allowed in this house. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, was es ermöglicht den Hund auch ohne Leine auf dem Grundstück laufen zu lassen. Als Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge am Bodden oder Fahrradtouren liegt es optimal. Zum Hafen sind es vielleicht 15 Minuten zu Fuß.Einziges Manko ist die Lage an der, doch recht viel befahrenen, Straße. Der Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse ist daher nicht sehr angenehm.

Schönes sauberes Haus

Zingst ist toll, wir waren viel zu Fuß unterwegs. Zum Ort muss man ein Stückchen laufen.

Zingst ist ein super schöner Ort um Urlaub zu machen aber das Haus hat eine sehr schlechte Lage. Es ist sehr laut im Haus durch die viel befahrene Straße. Das Haus war auch nicht gerade sauber wo wir ankamen und das WLAN war sehr schlecht ,was wir auch am ersten Tag sofort reklamiert haben. Am besten war das WLAN in der Sauna unglaublich. Zudem passt das Preisleistungsverhältnis nicht. Für das was wir vorgefunden haben war unserer Meinung nach das Haus zu teuer.

Ein schöner Kurzurlaub

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bot für unsere Familie mit einem lebhaften Kleinkind und dem Hund viel Platz. Die Lage war für uns als Hundebesitzer ideal, da man gleich im Grünen ist. Ansonsten ist es aber durch die unmittelbare Lage an der Straße ziemlich laut. Günstig ist die Nähe zum Einkaufsmarkt.

Tolle Wohnung alles vorhanden sehr sauber die Agentur reagiert zeitnah wenn etwas vorgetragen wird

Immer wieder gerne. Auch viel Freiraum für Kinderreiche Familien, da auf dem Dachboden noch ein großes Spielzimmer ist
