Kirby, our host, was extremely accommodating! Our group of 10 had plenty of room. Being on a farmette was great. The grandkids went out and collected eggs for breakfast. We had some unseasonably warm weather so we also took advantage of the large deck which has beautiful views of the mountains! GreatLocation at the base of the Bighorns! We hope to be back next fall! Thank you Kirby!

Joni's group of family and friends are the type of guests a host is very lucky to have. Took great care of place, easy to communicate with, friendly and very polite. Definitely Welcome back anytime.
There were a couple of cleaning issues that we noticed when we got there, but the host was immediately and wonderfully responsive. Beautiful view, lots of space, comfy beds, soft linens. We are a chemical free family, but completely forgot to ask if there was any way to possibly wash the linens without all of the smelly fabric softeners and such, but they weren't nearly as bad as some have been at other places. We appreciated that the place wasn't filled with Glade plug-ins and such. The host, Kirby, was fantastic. Thanks for a very comfortable place to stay for our family wedding.
Our family merry out here and Kirby made everything so convenient and perfect. Beautiful place in a great location with Sam amazing view and lots to do. Highly recommend this property to others for vacation also, roomy and comfortable. Loved it!!

Wonderful stay for a large family meet up. We enjoyed this beautiful piece of paradise by sitting on the large back porch. Lots of wildlife and plenty of room. There is a nice grass yard for the kids to play. Make sure to tell the host if you have little ones so he can set up a gate around the stairs. Kirby is a very gracious host!
Great experience. House was large and clean with lots to do! Kirby is great and responds quickly to questions. We came for UTVing the house was close to trails! Would recommend!

Kathy and group are perfect guests. Left the place so clean you could not even of known they stayed. Really good people i hope to see them again someday. A host would be fortunate to have them as guests.
My extended family was in town for a wedding nearby Dayton. This house was perfect for us. The kids (aged 2 - 8) loved the toy area, bunk beds and horses. This is a large house with plenty of bathrooms and relaxation areas. Kirby was super friendly and communicated very well throughout our stay. Would highly recommend!

The property was very nice, and well suited for the size of our group, and for additional family that came for an evening of games and visiting. The view of the mountains was great. We enjoyed the fire pit, as well as the pellet grill. We also enjoyed playing Corn-Hole.

Appreciate you staying here. So Happy you could make such Good memories. Thank you
Located just on the edge of town, this property offers a stunning view of the mountains, yet still within walking distance to the corner grocery/gas station or the Mountain Inn bar. We also had regular visits from many deer every morning and evening. This home has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate a larger group. In addition, my father-in-law relies on oxygen and Kirby was so helpful in coordinating the delivery and pick up of his tanks. If we make it back to the area, we'd definitely choose to stay here again!

So glad it went well for you and family. It was no problem helping out our family and a fellow veteran. Thank you. You are welcome back anytime.
Kirby, the owner was great, met us when we arrived and gave us pertinent information. The property was clean and we'll maintained. Communication with the owner was easy and responsive. I would highly suggest using his property if your in the Dayton area. Plenty of parking for trailers, easy in and out. Easy access to the house. Could go on and on.

Thank you for the kind words. Your are very nice people. Thank you for staying.
Hi , We came to Wyoming from the Midwest to go trail riding in the Bighorn mountains. We were a large group parents, children, and 2 sets of grandparents. The Grandparents slept at different places but we gathered here for meals and evenings and the house easily held us all What we really liked about this house was it had a lot of room for the children to play, 3 showers for when we came back hot and dusty, and the big deck had a worked well for our late night corn hole games Also a large parking area behind the house for our trailers and side x sides . We highly recommend this house to anyone!
As soon as we got to Dayton, Wyoming, Kirby answered any questions we had. We was very approachable and welcomed us to his home like we were a distant family. During our stay while at the property, we experienced a cat, chickens, ducks, horses, and even a neighbors cows. When we were there we paid extra to bring dogs, and as long as your pet is decently trained, there's an area next to the house (southeast) where they can run to their hearts content. Mind you it's meant for horses so dogs can walk under the gate but with some training you should be fine. There was enough parking for 10 vehicles and we chose to park under the deck of the home. Inside you'll find an odd layout that you'll get used to in half a day with 2 living rooms and one good sized kitchen. In said kitchen everything you would need in the cabinets has been labeled so you don't have to open every drawer to find what you need. We had one senior Vrbo family member that stayed with us who agreed that Kirby's accommodations were above average from your normal Vrbo homes. As mentioned Kirby was a gem in the little town of Dayton and we suggest that if anyone wants to be an easy driving distance from Sheridan and wants that comfortable country life feel (because maybe you're from a city), this is the absolute perfect place for that. Kirby, thank you for letting us into your home and thank you for the unforgettable experience that you gave our family. You deserve a fulfilled life!
