The house is a perfect holiday home. Our 2 kids (6 and 8 yrs) and ourselves loved it. It is perfectly equipped- everything you need is there. Sandra is a great host and makes your stay pleasant and comfortable. We can only recommend people to book the place.

Do not hesitate to book this amazing property. The property was immaculate. The available beach accessories (Kayaks and such) were in great working condition. Our host was the icing on the cake. If the world could be filled with more people like Sandra, we’d be better off. Her attention to detail and desire to make us feel at home was incredible.

What an amazing property, so beautiful, inviting and well thought out. Serene setting in a private bay with perfect beach. The seawall makes the property so much more useful and gives you a birds eye view of the water that’s only steps away. Can’t wait to stay here again, the host (Sandra) was wonderful. If this property is available it should be your first choice.

Most wonderful & quiet place to be in Exuma. Sandra is amazing & always made sure we had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, plenty of room for the 4 of us to hangout together. Outdoor area beautiful with amazing views of ocean & private beach. We only saw another couple twice the whole week we visited. We can't wait to come back again!

Sandra was the best host I have ever had anywhere I’ve stayed! Her place is right on the beach, with all the amenities! Beds were very comfortable, ac worked great, washer and dryer, also! She had all towels washed, folded, ready to go-many of them! Restaurants not too far away, best to have a car. Many chairs were provided to use outdoors, as well as a paddle board and kayak.I was very sad to leave her beautiful home and Exuma.

We had such an amazing anniversary vacation at Sea the View. Sandra the host has been amazing! She made sure everthing was just perfect for us. The house sits right on the beach with an an amazing view of the ocean and Flamingo beach. We will make this our go to rental when we go back to the Exumas. Thank you Sandra we will see again.

Perfect little beach house!

This cozy little house was just perfect for my husband, my mother and myself to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. We've stayed in many vacation rentals and Sanda is the best host we've ever rented from. She has thought of everything and even set us up with some basic food items to make sure we had enough for our first night and morning. We would gladly stay here again. Thank you Sanda for making your place so special.

Exuma Paradise

Our visit was amazing. Sandra is a fantastic host who truly goes above and beyond for her guests. I vacationed with my daughter and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We had to bring nothing other than ourselves! Being at the northern part of the island was very peaceful. I would surely stay at this property again!

The Sea the View Villa, only about 20 min from the GGT airport, was truly superb! As soon as you enter the front door, you can see straight through, out the back to inviting hues of blue and turquoise waters. The villa was very clean - actually pristine and fully stocked with snacks, a plethora of beach and bath towels, and kayaks and boards. The expansive back patio is loaded with plenty of lounge recliners and Adirondack chairs facing the ocean with stairs lead down directly to the beach. We truly could’ve spent the entire vacation at the villa, as it’s beach very clean with crystal clear water and soft sand. If you decide to explore, Coco Plum Beach is only 15 min north and has an amazing sandbar that’s walkable at low tide! An hours drive south and you will be at the famous Tropic of Cancer Beach - and it’s indeed worth the trip.As for food options if you’re not cooking in the villa’s fully equipped kitchen, you have the Shoreline Grill and Bar directly on the beach about 12 min north with a blackened mahi mahi burger to die for! …or Shirley’s at the Fish Fry restaurant about 18 min south with great red snapper and lobster tails.Sandra, the villas owner, was extremely welcoming and an authority on anything and everything Exuma. Best of all, she’s only an email or call away and very responsive. This villa is HIGHLY recommended !

Perfection

We had the most wonderful time, this house is immaculate and Sandra is the kindest woman we’ve ever met. She went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful to have picked this house to stay at. The location is perfect, it is right on the beach, you have your privacy and the house was stocked for us upon arrival. There are so many things to use in the water, a ton of water toys and snorkeling gear as well. 1000% recommend, it was perfect for the 3 of us!

Band new, well appointed house and amazing beach

Sea the View ex eeded our expectations. Stayed for 4 days and three nights. Brand new, sparkling clean property with new appliances on the private beach. Unbelievable water and subrises. Sandra is the gracious host who accomodated for every need. The property was stpcked with the essentials so we could just kick back and relax when we got here. Definitely recommend!

Sandra was our host and we absolutely love her. She came by to check on a door that we could not lock and stayed and visit with us. Which it wasn’t the door it was us! We got a lot good info from her about the area and just loved her. The place has everything you could possible need and stuff you never thought a Vrbo would have. I mean everything! The area is the best close to some places to eat like Salt and 242 liquor store down the road. It was maybe 20 minutes from airport. The best was the beach and the sea turtles. We start turtles everyday. After going all over the island we found that we had the best beach and area to stay. The beach didn’t have a bunch folks on it. If you go when you get on beach go to the left toward boat ramp is where turtles stay. There is a fun bar/ restaurant to the right on the beach Big D’s. We had a blast with the owner. She has 4 kayaks and paddle boards to use and all kind of beach floats and stuff. I will definitely be going back and can’t say enough about how we loved this place. This is the place to totally relax.

Heaven!! We have stayed at several different beaches in exuma and was nervous to book off our normal beach but so glad i took a chance! Sandra is a bahamian local and she knows hospitality!! Her home has everything you need!!! Very convenient to excursion docks also! (Swimming pigs, atvs) thank you sandra for sharing your home!! Also grand isle is a 3min drive with 2 great restaurants! This was a great location! We already look forward to our return!!

Immaculate home, Stunning location

We loved our stay at Sandra’s Seaview home. The place was immaculate - the cleanest Vrbo I have stayed at. We were blown away by how well the place was stocked. Tons of towels, bedding, blankets etc and every single necessity imaginable. Sandra provides a welcome basket of fruit and snacks as well as some basic food items (even including bottled water, beer and many other drinks). If we had any questions during our stay Sandra was quick to respond. The location is incredible - directly on a beautiful white sand beach which we practically had to ourselves most days. We loved our stay and would most definitely return to Sandra’s SeaView home if/when we return to Exuma.

Paradise in Great Exuma!

We had an amazing stay at Sea The View Beach Villa! The location is stunning. The house was more than we could have hoped for as it is clean, welcoming, tastefully decorated and stocked with everything you could possibly need for an unforgettable stay. There are plenty of kitchen accessories, beach towels, water toys, the list goes on. The fabulous beach is right out your back door. The Host, Sandra, is such a wonderful, kind person. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and her hospitality goes above and beyond. She will partially stock food and beverages which is so helpful, especially on your first day! She is quick to answer any questions you may have. We cannot wait to return!

Our 7 night stay at Sea the View Beach Villa was perfect! Sandra, our host, met us at the home for check in and had a complimentary welcome package of food and drinks waiting for us. The home was very clean, comfortable, and had everything that you needed for a great beach vacation! We cooked breakfast most mornings and the kitchen was well stocked with all items needed. The back patio and beach were absolutely spectacular! It was so nice to be able to walk out the back door and be right on the beach. Sandra had kayaks, snorkel gear, floats for the water, beach chairs, loungers and plenty of beach towels available for us to use. Sandra is the kindest and most generous host. She checked in with us several times throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. She also gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do while on the island. We will definitely be staying at Sea the View Beach Villa on our next trip to Exuma!
