Do you want to enjoy a break in the city center, take a deep breath and arrive?

Then the townhouse "Auszeit", furnished with luxury and comfort, has a wonderful roof terrace with a view over the roofs from Balingen to Plettenberg to relax and live your home in the city center. The cozy "Stadthaus Auszeit" with the last arch of the city is located in the city center of Balingen. Newly renovated and furnished in 2018 with great attention to detail. The holiday home "Auszeit" with 67sqm of living space and its own entrance offers space for 3-4 people. The cozy living and dining area (parquet floor) with air conditioning offers an exclusive open kitchen with island, a nice cozy dining area as well as a sofa corner, swivel relax armchair, rotatable flat screen TV, WiFi and stereo and where you can relax and enjoy. In the attic you will find a cozy bedroom with a French bed (1.60x2.00) and a flat screen TV as well as a bedroom with a guest bed (1.80x2.00), desk and air conditioning. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, washstand and toilet. A parking space is available during your stay in the underground garage. The apartment is non-smoking.

Es stimmt wahrhaftig: Ankommen und einfach nur genießen!!!

Die Wohnung ist äußerst zentral gelegen und top ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr, sehr nett - wir haben den Urlaub ausgiebig genossen und werden bestimmt ein weiteres Mal nach Balingen kommen. Natürlich wieder in „unsere“ Wohnung!

Que dire, tout y est présent, le calme, la propreté, l'essentiel du quotidien et même quelques petites attentions. Situé en centre ville à deux pas de tout commerces, grands et petits, un parking couvert vous attends.
