The building of the Maritime School was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a home for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations. The apartment that was created there has a quiet, central location in the main building with a direct view of the gardens of the captains' houses. The light-flooded rooms and the high ceilings underline the friendly and spacious character. After a long walk on the Baltic Sea, the in-house wellness and fitness area with two saunas, an Elerbnis shower and an adjacent relaxation room offers pure relaxation. In order to stay fit on vacation, modern fitness equipment is available in the fitness room, which you and your accompanying guests can use. The open kitchen adjoins the living area and has built-in electrical appliances such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer and a microwave. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with numerous cooking accessories. Seat shell chairs that are kept gray in the timeless provide comfortable seating in the open dining and living area. A large dining table offers space for the whole family. The design floor covering laid throughout the living and sleeping area of the apartment has a simple and subtle effect. With its cozy, large sofa and armchair, the living area invites you to spend wonderful moments with family or friends - enjoy the unique view from here too. A hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) provide entertainment in the living room. Of course there is free WiFi and a safe for your valuables in the apartment. The bedroom with large windows is bright and friendly. A wardrobe, 2 bedside tables with bedside lamps fit into the harmonious ambience. The modern box spring bed with a mattress size of 180 cm x 200 cm (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm) invite you to dream. The bedroom has a flat-screen TV (32 inches). The stylish bathroom has a large shower, a vanity and a towel radiator. In the separate guest bathroom, with the same style, there is a washstand and a towel radiator.
