Da im Erdgeschoss und Haus mit Fahrstuhl auch für Menschen mit Einschränkungen geeignet.
Die Wohnung an sich ist auch barrierearm.
Gut im Frühjahr und Sommer sind die Fliegenschutzgitter überall.
Super kurzer Weg zur Seebrücke zu nd zum Strand.
