Excellent location, in the heart of Coconut Grove, walking distance to Coco Walk, Excellent for a couple or for a family (up to 4 members), renovated place.
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION, very quiet neighborhood yet very close to the action.
Free trolley service, fresh market and public library almost in the corner, this is an excellent place for your vacations or business travel.
PRIVATE PARKING SPOT. (1 car) Please park in designated area or your vehicle could be towed away.
This is a very modern yet cozy apartment on the first floor. It is a small 9 unit apartment building with a well lit private parking.
WE PROVIDE SMART TV's with high speed internet for your convenience. You can sign in to your content provider (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc)

You will be very comfortable since it has everything you need to make you feel at home.
It is a very quiet neighborhood but also at walking distance to the all the action.

Horrible Host

When we checked in, the place was cute. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling, but that was a little deal. We checked in easily and showered our first night there. The water was cold. We went to bed and tried again in the morning. The water was still ice cold. I messaged the host and they were completely unresponsive. We went out on a boat and I messaged multiple other times letting them know they could come into the property while we were gone to address the issue. He never responded. We were visiting Miami for a wedding and needed access to a shower, which we did not get for 48 hours after hours on end talking to VRBo customer service. The host never responded to any messages, calls or voicemails from me or VRBo. Absolutely frustrating to be in a new city for a wedding event and not have access to a hot shower which is the bare minimum for a place to stay. I am disgusted with the negligence from this host and will be getting a full refund as we were not able to stay at the location.
