But first, coffee - brew a pot and start the day on your private balcony, enjoying the sunrise and sea breeze. Inside, you’ll find an open floor plan, combining the full, well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room.

The chef will love the stainless steel appliances and counter space, and the gang can enjoy the mealtime masterpieces at the adjacent dining table.
When it’s time to head out, there's beach access directly outside the condo, as well as tennis courts, an outdoor pool, and onsite gym. Relax in the central AC each evening as you stream the latest release, then call it a night in one of the comfy bedrooms - the perfect New Smyrna stay awaits, all that’s left to do is book.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
