The rooms are divided as follows: Eat-in kitchen with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchenette in the eat-in kitchen with refrigerator. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.

Sirmione. The mobile home is located in a holiday complex, on a garden plot with lawn. In the same complex are the properties GAR SIR 003+001 (4 people), GAR SIR 009 (6 people), GAR SIR 016 (6 people). Sirmione is a small locality on the southern shore of Lake Garda at the end of a 4 km long peninsula projecting into the lake. Numerous villas, churches such as Santa Maria Maggiore or San Pietro in Mavino, beautiful frescoes, unique arches, and bell towers are just a few reasons to visit the town. The town offers a wide range of activities for all ages. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from mid-May to mid-October 25 m x 24 m 1.30 m deep). Children’s pool (12 m x 23.50 m 0.80 m deep). Swimming cap mandatory. The swimming pool with whirlpool = The total water surface area is 281 square metres and the height measured from the overflow edge is a constant 1.35 m, while in the whirlpool the depth is 0.90 m. Children’s pool = it is a pool for children and has a shape with 7 straight sides, with a maximum length of 23.50 metres and a maximum width of 12.00 metres. The total surface area of the tank is 238 square metres and it has a minimum depth of 0 m and a maximum of 0.80 m. The opening hours of the swimming pool depend on the weather.
