We took a quick little family vacation with our toddler to Arkansas. This had everything we needed. It was very peaceful as well as clean on the inside and outside highly recommend this place.
Great communication. Cute little retreat if you are solo or a couple looking for some Ozk adventures.

The property was overgrown. Grass and weeds were nearly knee high around the hut and the fire pit area was completely overgrown and unusable. The gravel and crushed stone shown in the pictures must have been from a few years ago as it was all grass and weeds. I’m sure the weeds contributed to the insects in the hut. The roof of the hut was repurposed metal sheeting which is fine but the A/C had an issue and on a sunny day, the hut was a roaster oven. The host was able to get it serviced the next day but one of the nights was unbearable for sleeping. The WiFi was spotty and needed rebooting a couple of times per evening. The host was good at responding and the location is close to hiking trails.
The cabin was perfect for us. We enjoyed our stay and plan to be back. The only downside was on the last two nights the group in the cabin next door played their music and talked way too loud. Overall, a great stay in a beautiful location.

We had a short stay but could’ve easily stayed longer. It’s a cozy, comfortable little getaway in a beautiful area. I recommend and will return for future visits!
It’s comfortable, quiet, and adorable. They even provided a fan in the bedroom, so I know they’re thinking about comfort haha. This was a great stay! :)
Perfect location for hiking opportunities. JB Trading Post nearby if you forgot something. Will viait again. The hostess was very responsive and helpful!! 10/10
The cabin had everything to meet our needs. The process to book it was simple. We enjoyed sightseeing in the area. The only negative about the stay was on the last two nights the people in the cabin next to us played their music way too loud and talked so loud you easily hear their conversation. We enjoyed the overall stay and plan to return soon.
We loved this beautiful area! The fire pit was so nice and the hut was perfect for us! It is so cute and welcoming! We got engaged! Thanks for a charming visit! We loved it!
This tiny farmhouse is so cute. Perfect for a couple. I cook a lot and there were no measuring cups, no lids for pots, no racks for the multipurpose airfrier toaster oven. Cooking was a challenge, im glad i brought my own cast iron pan. Other than that, we loved it. It's very close to hiking and the river.
Very nice place. Tiny but clean with full kitchen and large fridge. Very remote and nice to see the rural views and hear the birds and cows. Tricky to get to, but directions provided were spot on. Just next time please arrange for there to be clear skies so we can see the stars
