Whether splashing in the surf and searching for shells on the miles and miles of unspoiled sugar-sand beaches, exploring the Island by bicycle or paddleboard, or just relaxing by the pool with a good book and a refreshing beverage, this charming vacation rental property delivers the best of the Forgotten Coast.

Watch the stunning sunrises and dolphins frolic while you sip your coffee from the wraparound living area deck, main balcony, living room, or even your bed! There is plenty of room to be together or apart, with bedrooms on separate floors and multiple decks and balconies.

The exterior of this home offers under-house concrete covered parking, an outdoor shower, and a community grill, and it is close to the community pool, which can be seen from the wraparound deck.

The spacious open living/dining/kitchen area on the first level features a wall of Gulf-front windows and sliding glass doors that open up to the private beachfront deck and the shining sands of St. George Island beach beyond. On chilly nights, curl up on the huge, comfy sectional and watch TV. There is also a convenient half bathroom with a granite vanity on this floor. Cook up some of Apalachicola Bay's famous seafood in the gleaming, well-equipped kitchen with lovely granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect position to the Beach
This condo could not have been better located in proximity to the beach. H9 is a corner spot next to the boardwalk to the beach. So close we barely needed the beach cart we rented! It also provides ample sleeping space and lovely decks for sunrise and bird watching. The kitchen had everything you needed as far as appliances and utensils go. I always get annoyed when rentals don’t have scissors or kitchen shears and this one did! I did hope there would be basics like salt and pepper but didn’t see any. Plenty of towels and bedding but bring your own beach towels. We didn’t use the pool but it looked well kept. The condo complex is positioned on the far east side of the island - about a 5 min car ride to the town center. That didn’t bother us but if you’d prefer to be within golf cart driving distance of things, look closer in. The beach was well kept as well and was never too crowded. All in all an amazing vacation spot for a family!
