Perfect Location

Comfortable apartment in a perfect location in New Haven. I was visiting my son at Yale and it was a straight shot to get from the apartment to his location without any issues. I love old homes and this one was no exception beautiful hardwood and everything that I needed for my stay. Great communication from the owner. I had no issues only a positive experience.

For starters, was suppose to be first floor and it was third floor. We have one handicapped room mate who needs a walker. We got there and some rooms had no electricity so no AC. Turning on the AC blew the breaker. Two bedrooms had no AC but the manager brought up two fans for the second night and coffee mugs. We could not get the oven to work. Place was clean and close to shops and park.
