Great location, exactly as advertised. The shades are somewhat translucent, so a bit bright at night, but wore a mask and it was fine.

We had arrived after check in time but the instructions were clear and the space was perfect! Very responsive and helpful. Easy access to Yale with many areas to walk or run. Enjoyed our stay with no glitches.

Convenient location. Just off Rte 91. Easy street parking. The studio is as pictured - exposed brick walls, high ceilings. Everything you need for a short stay.

Very nice studio. Perfect for my visit to New Haven. It was clean and tidy. Very comfortable and well appointed. Nice to have a little kitchenette. The furniture was in very good condition. There were more than enough towels! The host gave accurate and clear directives for check-in and parking. When I was all thumbs with the key pad, he was available to help. I would certainly stay again.

Perfect Spot!

Great studio, worked well for our stay to attend Yale Commencement. The location is convenient to campus with multiple close dining options. Well appointed space with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. There are shared laundry and kitchen areas….be mindful of that if you’re planning to cook meals, there is no kitchen in the unit but it does have an under counter refrigerator and a small sink.We would recommend a stay here, it’s very convenient and comfortable!

This property is managed not by an individual owner but by management company, so the communication was not personal but rather institutional and businesslike. The studio was freezing when we arrived, and we were surprised by pieces of equipment (portable radiators, little humidifiers, large boxes with tubes running out through windows) throughout the space. Street parking nearby was hard to find, so we had to park blocks away in an expensive garage. It wouldn’t take much to make the studio a warmer, welcoming place: a warm rug, luggage racks or bench for suitcases, a better bed, a lamp on each side of the bed. It was a disappointing expierience.

Nice location in downtown New Haven. The room itself is nice and convenient. The window near the bed does not close because there is a large tube going through the window with tape around it. On a chilly day/night this is not comfortable and there is nothing one can do since the window does not close. You can also hear everything going on outside because the window does not close. Bedsheets were not clean either. Contacted the host about the window and bedsheets and the host gave me the option to leave the room the next day and cancel my reservation. Also, some insects were in the room likely because of the open window.

The listing does not mention you have to park on a side street or even give instructions on where the METERED PARKING is and the host never answered my calls or texts when trying to figure it out. Also the listing does not show that this is on the 4th floor, with steep steps and no elevator, I tried to call/text about possibly getting a 2nd floor place because my 83 year old mom was the person with me and I got NO reply to either the calls or the texts. The listing shows it sleeps 2, but it is only a full size bed and the rug ends were curved up and my mom tripped on it and thankfully didn’t fall but that rug should be taken out. The rest of the place was cute and the shower was great but I am not happy with anything else, especially the LACK OF RESPONSE from the HOST!
