KITCHEN
Make a meal in the fully stocked kitchen equipped with everything you need to make a gourmet meal. Featuring new appliances, refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker. There is also a microwave, toaster, rice maker and blender available for quick meals. Various pots and pans, plates and bowls and utensils are also available. Coffee pods for the Keurig and a kettle and tea's are provided for you to enjoy. There is a Ninja drip coffee machine w/ froth attachment so you can enjoy your coffee hot or iced. Please bring your choice of ground coffee to brew.

COOLING + HEATING
Cool off in the brand new central AC in the hot summer months or warm up on cold nights with the central heat. The digital Nest thermostat allows for ease of use. (Centralized AC/Heat in the desert is an upgraded amenity. Many homes in the desert use evaporative cooling or mini-splits, which may not provide maximum comfort. We want our guests to have the best comfort :) )

LIVING ROOM
There’s plenty of sitting space to relax and unwind. After a long day of hiking and exploring JT, enjoy a fun movie night or watch your favorite tv show on the 65 inch flat screen Smart TV with Roku, Hulu and Disney+, you can also sign in to your Netflix account.

BEDROOMS
All bedrooms are outfitted with high quality mattresses, down pillows and comforters. Enjoy room darkening curtains for a good nights sleep.

BATHROOM
Walk-in shower fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper (starter pack) and fresh bath towels. There is also a blow dryer available for your convenience.

PET FRIENDLY (pet cleaning fee required)
Our home welcomes your furry dog friend and our fully fenced back yard allows for them to enjoy the desert. We have pet bowls available for their food and water. Guest must agree to all pet rules and guidelines. Please add all dogs to your reservation. A $60 pet fee will apply to your reservation.

WIFI/WFH/CELL SERVICE
There’s a private work space available in the master bedroom. Free WiFi is available for those trips that include doing a bit or a lot of work. Feel free to roam the house or backyard to find a comfortable place of your own to work from.

OUTDOORS
There is a fire pit perfect for stargazing outdoors. The large fully fenced yard is perfect for kids to explore or for your furry friends to enjoy. There is a charcoal BBQ available for cooking dinner under the stars. (Firewood stock is not guaranteed, please bring your own or purchase from a local grocery store. Please bring charcoal if you plan to use the BBQ grill.)

NATURE
We get chipmunks, quail, jackrabbits, roadrunners and different species of lizards visit us. You may also encounter other desert wildlife, such as mice, snakes, beetles, spiders and other bugs (please keep doors closed to reduce outdoor creatures from entering the home). We also have Joshua Trees and cactus on the property so please be careful near them and wear shoes while outside.
