There is a fully equipped kitchen with stove, two fridges, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. The main area is an open concept design and therefore the kitchen, family room and dining area is open to allow for great conversation and comfort. Screened in porch just off the kitchen, overlooking the water. There is Internet, Satellite TV, DVD Player available & plenty of board games and cards for indoor play, wood fireplace in case of chilly nights. There is a nice large deck with a barbeque and dining table. Plenty of dock space for your watercrafts and to enjoy the 148’ waterfront that offers shallow and deep access. Includes an outdoor fire table, hammock., pedal boat and canoe.

SEVERN RIVER COTTAGE WEEK

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. When you walk in, you feel like you are " at the cottage". No one wanted to leave! The kitchen area was excellent and stocked with items that you would not expect at a cottage, including two refrigerators with freezer sections. All 4 bedrooms were very comfortable and allowed us to have a bed for everyone, except my one son who prefers to sleep on the couch so he can watch TV. Space was available in the bedroom to set up a pack n play for my 1 year old grand daughter to sleep. Indoor space is limited, eating area is rather small and the second bath is quite tight. The outdoor space couldn't be better, and provides additional eating space in good weather. The deck and dock are wonderful. Great boat access, and quality for safety. BBQ is new and clean. The screened in porch was used every night, nobody likes mosquitos! We would highly recommend this property to anyone with a family of 8-10 or less, who is seeking a comfortable get away at the water. Loved it! We will definitely be back.
