The property is a resort hotel with multiple units available, each of which were designed to give you a beautiful place to stay. While the style of the unites is consistent, the layout and view may vary by apartment.

This property is highly sought after for snow-related attractions, therefore, adverse weather conditions linked to snow do not fulfill the conditions for cancellations due to extenuating circumstances. We suggest that guests take out travel insurance, such as the one offered by VRBO during the booking process.
Remember that our cancellation policy is a strict one, which allows guests to receive a full refund only if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before a listing's check-in time. For this reason we highly recommend using insurance.

→ This is a timeshare property, however there is no expectation for you to attend tours or sales pitches! The decision is all yours, feel free to decline.

→ Is important that the guest who is booking, must be 21 years or older and present a ID that matches the name on your VRBO account.
For any name alteration and additions after you book, will have a fee of $50 dollars.

→ Security Deposit: the resort will swipe your credit or debit card for incidentals. A temporary hold of U$115 per apartment will be placed on your credit or debit card upon check-in. This hold will be released in full on check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.

Rules for changing dates:
1. Reservations made in promotional dates cannot be changed.

2. Changes (adding or removing days) can be accepted at least 7 (seven) days before check-in and are subject to availability.

3. Each date alteration has a $50 penalty (decrease in days).
