The Kitchen set up is very nice. The views are excellent. It is a very nice neighborhood for walking your dog. It is a very comfortable cottage and our hostess made sure we were well taken care of. ( 5 Star stay )

The studio cottage was in a beautiful spot facing east on the Casco Bay. We enjoyed watching the lobster fishermen & the wildlife.The small space was well designed, clean & well stocked. Amy, the host was so kind and brought over a lobster pot for us to use.

Lovely little space for a getaway. Beautiful views at all times of day. Well appointed studio. Had everything we needed. Great little coffee shop and a convenience store nearby. Great restaurants and sightseeing close by as well. Highly recommend! Hosts stayed in touch and responded very quickly. Very quiet area. The few neighbors we met were all lovely people. Can’t wait to come back.

Great spot to vacation.

While the place was very accommodating, the yard could use some help. Needs a little TLC and yard work. Would definitely stay again.

Nice but not Cundy Harbor

Amy's place was very nice but it wasn't in Cundy Harbor which is where I had expected to land. That's what I put in the search bar. I didn't get the address until a week before check-in. Still, it was quiet, clean, and right on the water.

Great place

Communication with owner was superb. Check-in and check-out procedures were simple. Excellent view of the sound. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Owner loves dog and makes your stay welcoming. Highly recommend.

Beautiful cottage

This property is a beautiful, well kept cottage that is stocked with everything you need. Gorgeous views, quiet and cozy. I was apprehensive about the pull out sofa but it was soft and comfortable, no worries there. Go to the dock at night and see the beautiful starry sky and even some shooting stars. Would highly recommend.

Cozy Cottage

My boyfriend and I booked this trip and he actually proposed during our trip! We loved coming back to the cozy studio cottage. The view from bed is beautiful , the stars at night were breath taking! Easy to check in, place was clean the one minor thing was the couch bed is not the best for the back but is cozy and soft. We will be back !

Cozy water view cottage

We had a great visit. The cottage is indeed small but there is ample outdoor space where we mostly sat to take in the amazing view. The sunrise was spectacular. The place is well equiped but rustic. The bed is a fold out sofa but was pretty comfortable. It was nice to have a kitchen for breakfast and snacks but we mostly ate out at the Dolphin and Erica's, which were both great. We spent the days exploring the Harpswell area and the nights watching the stars. Great value in a small place!

Great View

The views are incredible lobster boats going out every day the neighborhood is very nice it’s close to a nice shopping area and we went to a great farmers market.Beaches nearby and plenty of restaurants to choose from.Dog friendly we bought our pug Sadie lots of friendly dogs walking around.The house was cozy had everything you could need and if you needed anything Amy the very nice owner was more than happy to get it for you.Amy was so nice and had lots of helpful information she’s also a great IT person 😊We plan on returning again soon.

This was the most quiet place I've ever stayed. We slept with the window open. Hearing the water, and feeling the cool breeze was so relaxing! Amy was a great host. I highly recommend this place if you want away from the busyness of life!

The cottage was exactly as described, very very nice and a beautiful view of Casco Bay. The host Amy was amazing, even taking our dog for a walk when we went to Portland for a couple of hours. Would absolutely stay again.

Gorgeous view

Adorable cottage, perfect for a romantic getaway. Beautiful view of the ocean right from bed! Full kitchen and bathroom with pretty much everything you need. Short drive to lots of great restaurants and sightseeing. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Blissful morning

Adorable tiny treehouse feel with amazing morning view over the inlet! I love this peaceful spot and the little house is all you need for a quick getaway. Very quiet neighborhood.
