About this property

House with a large garden between Augsburg and Munich

This little house hasn't lost its charme dating back to the fifties. It is surrounded by a park-like garden with old trees. The large terrace is partially covered by a roof.
A kindney-shaped small water basin is the nostalgic eyecatcher.
In the groundfloor you are welcomed in a spacious entrance hall. There are a separate toilet, a wardrobe, a kitchen with an antique sofa and two common rooms which are combined by a sliding door. From the bigger room with the large dining table, the old piano and the noble tiled stove you can step out on the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped with a lot of modern appliances, even a thermomix.

Well-equipped comfortable house with big secure garden for dog

Frau Hirt is an outstanding host. Many interesting and varied walks in the area and medieval towns and monasteries to visit. Excellent bakery within 5 minutes' walk. The house is very well equipped with excellent appliances making for an easy comfortable stay

We hebben drie fantastische weken in dit huis doorgebracht en hebben enorm genoten. Bij aankomst werden we zelfs ontvangen met een heerlijke zelfgebakken cake! Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles was keurig schoon en netjes onderhouden. De ruime keuken is compleet ingericht met goede pannen en alles wat je nodig hebt om te kunnen koken. Ook de moderne televisie was erg fijn. In de kelder vind je een uitstekende wasruimte met een wasmachine en droger, en er is volop opbergruimte voor zowel bagage als boodschappen.Ook was het fijn om zelf geen handdoeken en beddengoed mee te hoeven nemen. En verder heeft het huis een grote, prachtig onderhouden tuin. Ook de omgeving is geweldig. Er is ontzettend veel te doen. Wij waren hier met onze dochters van 14 en 16 jaar en ook zij hebben zich uitstekend vermaakt. Voor gezinnen met jongere kinderen zijn er in het dorp meerdere mooie en goed onderhouden speeltuintjes. Het dorp zelf is netjes, rustig en verzorgd, en de winkels liggen op loopafstand.Daarnaast is de ligging ideaal voor uitstapjes. We hebben onder andere genoten van Legoland, het prachtige Füssen aan de voet van de Alpen en de indrukwekkende kabelbanen waarmee je de bergen in kunt. München is goed bereikbaar met de trein. Daarnaast is het openbaar vervoer een stuk goedkoper dan in Nederland!

Wir würden sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Haus und der Garten haben alles was man benötigt. Auch für die Hunde war es sehr schön. Der Naturpool ist ca. kniehoch, was bei der Hitze trotzdem gereicht hat. Es gab auch genügend Schattenplätze. Man ist schnell in z.B.: Augsburg, Landshut an der Lech. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln und werden auch gerne wieder hingehen.

Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr schön und haben uns ausreichend Platz geboten. Alles wurde sehr liebevoll und unseren Bedürfnissen entsprechend bereit gerichtet (Hundebett und Näpfe, Babybett und eine kleine Wanne zum Baden des Babys,...). Wir wurden sogar mit einem leckeren Kuchen empfangen!Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend! Sogar einige Nahrungsmittel findet man vor, die alle verwendet werden dürfen (viele Gewürze, Nudeln, Marmelade,...). Aber auch Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind ganz in der Nähe.Im Garten ist genug Platz zum Spielen und Entspannen.Alles in allem: wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir hätten hier noch Wochen lang bleiben können. Die Kinder haben den Garten und den kleinen Pool sehr genossen. Es war alles da was man braucht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und ins Haus eingeführt. War alles sehr entspannt und unkompliziert.

Wir hatten eine weite Anreise und die Vermieterin und ihr Ehemann haben uns schon erwartet mit Kaffee und selbstgebackenen Kuchen.Ein soooo liebes Ehepaar. Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.Der sehr große Garten gab uns und auch unseren Hunden einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Die Umgebung ist ideal für Familien. Ein Bäcker und eine super Eisdiele sind zu Fuss zu erreichen.Am Haus selbst ist ein kleiner Pool der Knietief ist und für Kinder bestimmt das Highlight sein kann. Wir hatten auch noch Bayernwetter und Sonne ohne Ende.Herzlichen Dank für einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

Wir möchten unseren Gastgebern Fr. Hirt und ihrem eheman von ganzem Herzen danken. Sie haben uns so herzlich und nett empfangen, dass sie sogar einen Kuchen für uns gebacken haben. Der Kuchen war köstlich. Die Lage des Hauses war sehr schön. Zum Haus gehört ein wunderschöner großer Garten, der zum Entspannen und Sonnenbaden einlädt. Toll war auch das große Grillen und natürlich durfte auch die Tischtennisplatte nicht fehlen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr praktisch. Ich kann definitiv sagen, dass wir wiederkommen werden. Wir möchten unseren Gastgebern nochmals für ihre Gastfreundschaft danken.

Familienurlaub

Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr groß und sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Kindern und Hunden. In dem parkähnlichen Garten können alle herrlich verweilen. Es gibt eine Tischtennisplatte, viele Liege-und Sitzgelegenheiten, viel Schatten unter Bäumen, ideal für die Sommermonate. Mit den Hunden kann man vom Haus aus schöne Spaziergänge machen. Die Küche ist üppig ausgestattet, es gibt sogar einen Thermomix. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und bestens versorgt. Von der Verwalterin haben wir tolle Tips über die Umgebung bekommen. Im Ort gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäcker. Wir kommen wieder.

Schöner Aufenthalt für klein und groß!

Wir waren zu fünft als Familie in dem schönen Ferienhaus, das sehr gut ausgestattet ist und viel Platz bietet für bis zu 8 Personen. Abgerundet wurde 'die Sache' durch den schönen, großen Garten und die Tischtennisplatte, die wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben!

Schönes großes Haus mit großzügigem Garten

Das Haus ist schön und bietet viel Platz. Due Küche ist toll eingerichtet, es gibt genug hochwertiges Geschirr, Wein-u. Sektgläser (nicht selbstverständlich), Kochgerätschaften aller Art inkl. Stabmixer und Rührgerät. Der Garten ist groß und wurde von unseren Hunden ebenso heiß geliebt wie das schöne Hundebett. Die Lage ist prima, 2 Bäcker und 3 Supermärkte sind innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Augsburg ist nicht weit, Landsberg nur ca. 15 Atominuten und der Ammersee ist auch quasi um die Ecke. Freundliche Begrüßung und sogar einen selbstgebackenen Kuchen. Wunderbar!

Spacious, well equipped house

The welcome given by Frau & Herr Hirt was wonderful witha full tour of the house and explanation of the appliances. I don't think we have ever staed ina house so well equipped with such a well stocked larder. The village itself is not particulalry picturesque (apart from the church), but it has plenty of grocery stores and catching the train to Augsburg or Munich was really easy.
