Communication was excellent. Property was clean and well maintained. Well stocked kitchen and toiletries and supplies provided. Nice area with a good parking spot for your vehicle off the street. Would stay here again!

Robbie was wonderful in providing details on how to access the house. He replied quickly to my questions that were sent upon arrival. We did clean some of the bedding when we arrived due to some stains. This was more for our comfort, bedding appeared clean overall.The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. I would recommend a larger skillet. There was only a small one. We had to cut our bacon in half to fit it into the skillet.The house could use some minor repairs and a deep clean. Furniture could use a cleaning, mainly the 2 living room chairs which appeared to have stains on the cushions.I would recommend the cleaning person ensure the windows are locked, more to ensure the house is safe between renters. We had to lock at least one in each room.The neighborhood was not the best, but not many around that area appeared to be. There is an alarm system, if you can figure out the correct way to set it :)It was very conveniently located.

The house was as advertised, however there was an issue with the front door latching and staying closed you had to use the deadbolt in order for it not to open. There was also some dirt and what not on the bathroom door and long hairs on the dresser in the one bedroom. Otherwise it was a decent home in a good neighborhood. Host was ok didn’t have much interaction there but also didn’t reach out.

Over-All was an amazing stay. The house needs lots of touch ups and the deck needed cleaning. The beds were amazing, I did have to bring the fan from the extra room into the back as there is no ceiling fan. We parked 2 cars in the driveway. Lots of cameras around the house. Only downfall was the neighbor waking up at 7am and blasting music every morning. They do have everything you’d need in the kitchen to cook and make coffee!
