The location is great. The house was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The kids had a blast fishing off the dock. Every complaint we had, we sent straight to the renter, and they took care of it. Overall, we had a great week.

Absolutely Perfect!

This house & location is amazing!!! Everything was VERY clean, very well maintained & kept up. Newer appliances. Plenty of TV’s, games, sleeping areas. Master bedroom has a beautiful view of the water. The underwater fishing lights & outside fishing deck light wasn’t working but it wasn’t an issue. **Chk in time 3pm & chk out time at 11am would really be nice.** We will ABSOLUTELY book this location again!

Nice small canal home

The home has a full stocked kitchen and the beds are very comfortable. The kids enjoyed bunk bed and loft in their room. House has a nice view from top deck and plenty of room for fishing and kayaking from bottom deck. We even caught a blue land crab, stone crab, and a couple dozen blue crabs off the back deck. Even with all the rain, we caught a 31 inch blacktip shark, trout, catfish,, crokers, and sheephead off the back deck. The only major thing that needs to be fixed is the flat stove top, but the owners did have 2 portsble burners that can be used in the kitchen as a supplement. Overall an excellent stay and renters need to be told how to turn on the water, but my husband figured it out in about 15minutes.

It was good, could have been better.

It was a nice place to stay, just too many little things that would make me not go back. Toilet would make a loud noise, the cold knob in shower was stripped and hard to use. The location was great, neighborhood great. Only had 2 towels, so text and emailed them (it was after hours) and never heard anything till the next afternoon, they just showed up and dropped some off. 2 of the 3 tv's didnt work and not very user friendly. The place was clean and as pictured.
