Located in one of the oldest buildings in the historic Deutschtown neighborhood in the North Side of Pittsburgh the apartment represents a perfect yet quirky mix of historical preservation, the modern convenience and style. The building has just recently been thoroughly remodeled to utilize new, energy-efficient technologies in a 123 years old structure.
