The property with the main house (2 apartments) and the annex captivates with its secluded location right by the forest and a private sandy path to Dobbertiner See, which you can reach on foot in a few minutes.
A wellness room with infrared cabin and toilet is available in the building. The shower forms the transition into a light-flooded living room. This has a kitchenette, a breakfast bar table with high chairs, a cozy seating area and the terrace exit at ground level. A white wooden staircase leads to the upper sleeping level with a large double bed and another seating area. From the rocking chair in front of the Danish gable window you have a good overview of the property and the surrounding area with a large number of domestic birds.
Your holiday home was predominantly built with ecological materials and conveys a cozy atmosphere with its clay plaster walls. The infrared sauna offers you wellness in-house.
You can rent a canoe or bicycles for a small fee.
The Dobbertiner See invites you to swim or canoe.
There are also attractive hiking trails around the lake or past Dobbin over the fields to Dobbertin. Mapped bike paths or bridle paths complement your vacation options.
With your car you can drive between 20 and 50 minutes to Güstrow, Plau am See, Krakow am See, Schwerin, Wismar or Rostock.
