It's the perfect place for a celebration getaway, a tennis/golf group weekend, or a family-friendly beach vacation. Bathed in natural light and with a seamless indoor/outdoor lifestyle, it's easy to feel at home in this stunning and secluded suite.

✹ WHERE WE ARE:

Located in the Bahia Condominium, right in the heart of the Sandestin Resort, our penthouse is the best in the Grand complex. It's newly renovated and has an open floor plan which is perfect for your family or group getaway. The fifth-floor location provides panoramic views over Choctawhatchee Bay, and the huge semicircular terrace is the best place to relax and take in the fabulous sunsets.

You are a SHORT WALK away from the:

- The Grand Complex: Just outside the front door of the Bahia lobby is a large, beautiful swimming pool complete with two hot tubs. Just a few steps down the perfectly manicured walkway, you will find the Convention Center and fitness center.

- Village at Baytowne Wharf: Shopping, dining, events, and fun nightlife are all easily accessible. The Wharf has a little something for everyone, including an adventure zone with rides and activities for children to enjoy. Later in the evening, at the events plaza, you might catch a movie, live entertainment, and even fireworks.

- Sandestin Tennis: 15 groomed clay and hard courts.

- Baytowne Marina: Boat, WaveRunners, kayaks, pontoon boats, water bikes, and boogie board rentals available.

This penthouse was completely gutted and renovated from top to bottom in 2021. With plenty of amenities, you may never want to leave the condo itself. We took a lovely space and made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Here's what you'll find:

- Gorgeous new flooring throughout.

- Carefully selected area rugs that add to the warmth and comfort in each room.

- A spectacular kitchen fully equipped with every appliance, utensil, and serving ware you will need to prepare a feast. Complete with double ovens, custom cabinets, sweeping quartz countertops, and a large island with pendant lighting.

- Butler's Pantry with built-in bar, coffee and tea station, and wine/beverage cooler.

- Spacious living area with a dining table that seats 8-10, a brand new leather sectional, a 65" smart TV with sound bar, and French doors opening out to the private, massive terrace space.

- Huge outdoor terrace (225 sq ft) that overlooks the Grand Complex and the bay. This fantastic space has dining tables, a conversation area, loungers, ping-pong, corn hole, and more.

- A beautiful art gallery hallway that leads you to the secluded and private bedrooms.

✹ COMFORTABLE AND LUXURIOUS ACCOMMODATIONS

The Blue Pearl Penthouse comfortably sleeps up to 10 people or 8 adults. If you have more than 10 (including children), please look elsewhere. We are strict about our guest total.

4 Fabulous Bedrooms:

- King Suite #1: King bed w/50" smart TV and private spa bath.

- King Suite #2: King bed w/60" smart TV, private bath, and French door to shared balcony.

- King Suite #3: King bed w/65" smart TV, vaulted ceiling, private bath, and French doors to shared balcony.

- Bunk Room with four cozy built-in bunks that has a full bathroom just outside the room.

4 Fantastic Bathrooms:

- All four bathrooms have been totally redesigned with new tile, showers, backlit, dimmable LED mirrors, and magnifying makeup mirrors.

Perfection!

We came to the Destin area for a wedding and reunion. This beautiful property was gorgeous, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. The whole weekend we were in disbelief at where we were staying. The penthouse has everything you could possibly need…and more. It is perfectly located to all of the great things Destin has to offer. We are already planning our next stay!

The condo was great in every way. Great communication with the manager and easy check in instructions. Everything was in working order and the property was very clean. Great views of the bay would highly recommend this property for your vacation

This property is heavenly! John and Angela have made sure you have EVERYTHING you need! And are fabulous to work with! Beautiful spacious condo with all the feels of home! We did not want to leave!! I would HIGHLY recommend this unit and we will be back for sure!!

Off of living room there is a 1,225 square foot private terrace with fabulous outdoor amenities--Ping Pong, Dining Table, Sun loungers, outdoor adult size Jenga. It overlooks the Grand Complex and the Choctawhatchee Bay. Additionally, there is a private balcony accessible from the kitchen and two bedrooms. Both have fantastic viewing over the bay and perfect to catch the sunset!
